With proper preparation, I think it can be a highly rewarding visa opportunity. In my case, I will be going on a working holiday to Ireland starting in March. I have already secured meals and accommodation through a homestay arrangement and will be attending a language school. On top of that, I am going with sufficient funds to ensure I have financial stability and can make the most of my experience. Good luck!
80-90% not responding when applying online is very normal for any industry in the US as well, even for experienced workers. I guess it's just a rude awakening for her because she doesn't know how the labor market is in Anglo countries.
I guess this is because you are trying to get the number in Dublin. Sure if it is remote place, you get the appointment very quickly.
