- During a ceremony presided by the president of FNSS at IDEF 2015, in Istanbul, the KAPLAN-20 armored fighting vehicle has been for the first time unveiled to the public. KAPLAN-20 is a new generation armored fighting vehicle that has the ability to move together with main battle tank.

Respect to the country that started to produce their own weapons after 1948 when due to political reasons closed a lot of arms factories in the beginning of 1950's. After 1974 Turkey rebuild the old factories and invested in new factories like ASELSAN and FNSS when the need was clear that the West won't sell the best weapons to Turkey, instead of that they embargoed Turkey.

This vehicle is very well conceive, rubber band tracks, decent cannon but we won't know until it's been abused in battle I guess, couldn't hurt to cover the hull in RPG grills either.

adalet dizayn yerli evet, sonuçta konsept FNSS'in katmadeğeri telif hakları ona ait vs... ama evet, bütün alt parçalarını, motor, mekanik aksam, elektronik vs hepsini yapan yerli firma olmalı hatta birden çok ki o zaman tam bir yerli sanaii'den bahsetmeye başlıyabiliriz tamamıyle iç kaynaklarla yapılabilimesi gerekli.. FNSS'den hepsini yapması beklenemez, dünyada öyle firma da yok... yerli sanaii bu açığı kapatıcak umarım günün birinde... iç huzur olursa, ihaleler şefaf olursa, yargıya güven duyulunca... olmuyacak iş değil.

Motor konusunda 2007-08den önce çalışma yürütmeyen bir ülkeyiz . Motor üretebilmek bizim ülkemiz için en az 10 sene alacak bir durumdur . Şuan çalışmalar devam ediyor . Hiç bir motor projesi olmasa haklısın fakat şuan haksızsın. İstenildiği zaman üretiliyor.TEI PD170 motoru üretti ankalar için . TS1400 motor çalışmaları var ATAK tipi helikopterler için . Yani yavaş yavaş daha da millileşeceğiz ama sizin kapasitesiniz yine bunu göremeyecek.
