Health and safety is very important dito sa sa bansa kinaroroonan ko di puede pusok sa isang construction site na hindi p-pirma sa log book at identify mga hazard sa board na naka display sa labas, may orientation sa site then my kasama na builder na magbabantay sayo....tas hard hat area talaga sa loob.
Atlast nakakita din ng contructor comp. Na base sa mga videos and vlogs eh talaga maganda ang quality ng mga gawa nila. So soon ill make sure to reach out this comp. And trust them to build my dream home for my fam.

There is nothing wrong with your workers not wearing uniforms, they are comfortable wearing those simple clothes building a house. The problem is how you treat them and how you throw that uniforms on them. Treat all people with respect.

I don't have big family .. all i want is nice living space - 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, open space living room dining and kitchen. I dont like stairs kasi I am aging na, i'd like to have solar, high sealing, great back yard with more space I can put plants and veggies

Nagsisisi ako kase ang pangit ng out come ng house ko hindi pulido ang gawa loob at labas ng house ko. January inumpisahan hanggang ngayon August na hindi pa rin tapos. Grabe tinipid nya ang materyales ng house ko.
