Thank You for the heads up, nice presentation, wasn't aware of most of what was offered. Have to agree with rear wing observations; but do they reduce wind noise in the cabin?
The duck tail increases stability and downforce at speeds around 110mph+, and is supposed to be used only in conjunction with a front spoiler for balance. I am not sure whether it has any effect on noise; these are noisy cars (in a good way!) so on my car it was certainly drowned out by other noises. I plan to put in more sound insulation as I make it more street, less race, which I am documenting on this channel. Some of my latest videos show grinding off the old flares- scary! But fun! Thanks for the comment!
Im not familiar with your platform but maby you could get some adjustible rear control arms to move the axle to a more even forward spot. also maby you could buy 4 front flairs and have someone cut the left side rear part of the flair to weld onto the right front part to complete the flair down like you want. im sure this would not be period correct so the full fender would be best.
Thanks for the ideas! I was able to get the new rear flares on and leave the fronts as-is, and it’s looking just as nice as I had hoped! Since the front flares were not messed up in terms of alignment the way the rears were, it all worked out! th-cam.com/video/Wkajzo80rSI/w-d-xo.htmlsi=NQWRjfXKxP9XXHDb
