those of you saying its Ezra, theres no fucking way you arent tired of all the redemptions (or fallen jedi just to then be redeemed) by now?? its lost its meaning, not a big deal if someone turns to the light or dark anymore if everyone flip flops all the time. when it was only vader redeemed, it was huuuge news. by dookus time, he was only one of 20 fallen jedi. it was rare for a jedi to lose their way. dont cheapen everything, let bag guys stay bad guys and good guys stay good guys. other than once in a while when itll actually be shocking or big news. ill roll my eyes so fkn hard if thats ezra.

The 8th brother is an alien and has distinctive feet thst do not look human or could fit in a human looking boot. Sure they could change his appearance for live action but going off what we've seen I doubt it. Plus he died when the temple collapsed and exploded on top of him. He's too insignificant of a character to bring back for a surprise reveal.

highly doubt considering cal is the defacto Protagonist of the Jedi games made by respawn and while i believe he's canon, it's going to be very difficult to keep everything that happens canon if he makes multiple appearances in the ahsoka series while also having part in fallen order, Survivor, and if they plan to make more games

The temple did blow up/collapse as well but I hear ya. I'm a believer if you don't see a body on screen there's always potentially a chance. In regards to the 8th brother... I just feel like he's too minor of a character and not enough attachment to Ahsoka to save and bring back for her show.

Barris Offee as the new inquisitor kinda makes sense because I don’t think she was ever confirmed dead during order 66. How ever most of the inquisitors pretty much died before A new hope.
Well she wasn't a Jedi by that point so I doubt the clones would have went after her.

It would make 0 sense for it to be Barriss. She literally bombed the temple because the Republic was turning into the empire, so why would she work for them?
ezra, if thrawn survived he survived. meaning he twisted or tortured him to join the dark side. giving a great story line for ahsoka and them to bring him back to the light
I have no clue why all ya keep saying ezra Is going to the dark side. In my opinion, there is no way they will make Kanan's death meaningless like that. Unless they just say fuck it

SPOILER ALERT: After watching I think it was episode 4, we see Marrok (the inquisitor in the Ahsoka trailer), die in a duel with Ahsoka. When Ahsoka slices him, it is revealed he is actually nothing he is just a being made entirely from Nightsister magic. When he is sliced open the green Nightsister fog comes out of him, it is similar to Savage Oppress’s death except Marrok isn’t even a being. He is made entirely from the green Nightsister fog.

I think he could be what is capable when you harness the full access to the force with many only fractionally capable compare that to someone with pure power and abilities “make them rare” like force echo. Plus we also have seen characters using the Force to break their own falls so it’s not like the Eighth Brother couldn’t have survived.
I don't get how it would be Ezra, he already toiled with the dark side and overcame it in Rebels. And it would undermine Kanan's influence on him to have him fall to the dark side completely.
Also, who would have turned him? Thrawn? He's a non-force sensitive, how could he make Ezra fall to the dark side or make him do his bidding? Makes no sense to me...
If this guy turns out to be an Inquisitors then we should ask “These guys are still around” after being completely absent in the original trilogy and even before when they suddenly disappeared after Rebels season 2.

The inquisitors were Vaders hunting dogs they were purposely not trained too highly in the force to keep tbem in check and i believe all of them have been accounted for now.
Some people think he's Galen Marek, his voice actor is in this. But he also voiced Maul. So could be flashbacks.
I think it would be an inquisitor still alive who is now loyal to Thrawn as he is the next best leader of the Empire, aint no way its Ezra like ive seen some say, would be cool if its Baris from clone wars.

Ahsoka is hunting Thrawn who got yeeted into the unknown regions by space whales. What if Palpy sent a fleet to bring his besty back, and had Inquisitors assigned to it. Would explain why they're still around.
Expansion on this, there’s Project Blackwing (i think that’s the Space Zombies thing the Empire made), what if Palps sent that research team into the Unknown Regions with Inquisitors guarding it.
I think that’s make a bit more sense as… well… I think that any Inquisitors sent after Thrawn at this point are either being sent to kill him or more likely capture him and bring him to Palps.

hear me out, Ezra. Rebels shows that he did grapple with the Dark side for a decent bit (should have been more to make him more interesting but it is what it is). I'd love for it to be Bariss, considering we don't know what happens to her post clone wars (at least I don't think so maybe there's a comic or book that shows us) but Ezra would be just as compelling

Disney Inquisitors are so lame. They all have the same boring gimmick. You can expect this “new inquisitor” to be much of the same. The grand inquisitor was alright when he first appeared and then they revealed that they all use the same helicopter blades and dress the same.
Really hope it's Starkiller played by Sam Witwer... as Dave Filoni did plan to have Starkiller as a Inquisitor rival to Ezra in Rebels
My theory is "Ahsoka" will be a major disappointment. Dave F. should stick to 3d animated works. A life action Ahsoka is stupid. I was not impressed in Mando S2.
Inquisitors only seem scary by comparison since they always just hunt the absolute weakest Jedi (or really strong Jedi who just lost the will to fight, like obi wan was for a bit) but inquisitors fighting Ahsoka... That's like... Well look, if I lived in the star wars universe and I knew Ahsoka personally and one day she said "hey, I'm gonna go hunt down the inquisitors" my first and immediate response would be "you saw the recording of Anakin slaughtering younglings and decided you want to 1 up your old master, right?"

I’m hoping it’s Barriss and will not be convinced otherwise unless and until we see their face, as not only would it be awesome, and make sense…but we DESPERATELY need closure on what happened to Barriss after she was arrested
Too tall to be Barris Offee, and it's also likely male. They could be Thrawn's version of personal protection, like Gideon's Praetorian Guards in Mandalorian Season 3. Instead of Praetorian armor they use the planned armor for the Inquisitors.
Just another fallen youngling/padawan turned Inquisitor after order 66 like the others. An Inquisitor we never met, but not different from the others.
For some fan service it may he is someone with a bit of connection to Ashoka and Huyang like - Petro.
Content creators are making way too much of this thinking it is some huge main story reveal.
Remember the whole "who saved Grogu" controversy. It just turned out to be an anti-climatic but really cool deep cut fan service character not relevant at all to the main plot.

1st of all He has the Build of a GUY so he can't be Barris Offee so 2ndly he's clearly the inquisitor who survived the Duel on Malachore.
I dunno who it is. Bariss only attacked the Jedi Order because she thought it was becoming militaristic along with the rest of the republic. She didn’t really attack out of evil and darkness. That’s why I feel like she probably won’t be an emperors hand.
The Inquisitorious ended a long time before this. It may be one who survived & is looking for revenge or somethjng along those lines, or Thrawn may be trying to restart the Inquisitor program. It also could be a paid assassin, who knows? We’ll all find out at the same time & I can’t wait!

Tbh he should've just been an inquisitor that knew the empire fell. But chose to hunt ahsoka then he found morgan or the two jedi and they discussed an alliance. Ultimately could've been played by sam witwer and he could've been a strong inquisitor being the one to have been sent after her.
It makes most sense for it to be bariss. Since it was one of the few storylines from the clone wars and rebels that was left unfinished
Personally, I believe it’s going to be Ezra Bridger. Having been thrown into the unknown regions along with thrawn it’s not unreasonable that he was tortured and corrupted by Thrawn into becoming his own personal Inquisitor
I doubt that the inquisitor is Barriss, mainly because I know for a fact that her body is slim and the inquisitor's body type looks slightly more masculine than hers.
If this is another reva and not about ahsoka im going to say mando will be the last disney+ series i watch. I may watch the upcoming movies.
Doubt it’s her, you hear the inquistor grunt and sounds like a dude when pushed back by ahsoka. I leaning on the it’s Ezra theory. I mean just them trying to find Ezra and the whole time he’s there working for thrawn. Like we have no clue what went on with those two the only people they had was each other and thrawn is a pretty convincing person. And we know Ezra flirts with the dark side. If it’s not Ezra, I think it will just be a new character
Honestly surprised a punk as Inquistor survived the war, figured they all got taken out since theyare actually terrible at their jobs.
There's a theory going around saying that it might actually be Ezra, although like any theory, it could be incorrect.

I don't feel like that setting is star destroyers being decommissioned. Could just as easily be a planet side dock yard not as advanced as kuat. It could be an early scene where ahsoka is looking for ways to track down thrawn and Ezra or a current timeline and part of thrawns rebuilding. The fact the inquisitors face is hidden makes me think it'll be a big reveal for whom the character is behind the mask though
Cant wait to find out. Maybe just a new guy. Im keeping an open mind about Kanan until proven otherwise
A dark Kanan clone would would have similarities to dark Luke or cboath from the original Thrawn trilogy.. Not sure how'd I feel about it though. Kanans death was one of the most emotional and well done moments in star wars.
@@rogueleader5 I agree about the impact of his death. But I also feel it would be the only way for Hera to have a powerful storyline and not just be a background character. Makes it personal for future lightsaber fights also.
In any case I'm really hoping it's not Ezra or Starkiller ( as per rumors) because I feel it would diminish their characters based on where we left them last time they were seen.
Agreed.. I 100% believe Ezra is in the other galaxy and hasn't found a way back so not him. And I highly doubt it's star killer. Sam witwer has voiced numerous characters for Dave and likely just did some minor voice over work.
