Correct, there is no change in meaning. It's simply a way to make speaking more fluid/efficient.

You got it! But, make sure 我 is a lower third done rather than a full third tone to make it sound more natural.

想死 is a word, so the word boundary is between 我 and 想死, and between 想死 and 你. Follow the rules, and you will get 32235. 🎉
