People are wrong that they compare Jeep Compass with creta and seltos, Jeep Compass is totally a different segment car and it's real competitors are BMWX1 , AUDI q3 , evoque. And its price is low just because it is manufactured in India and its not a cbu unit. If it were cbu unit then even it would have also costed around 60 to 70 lakh.
Spot on! In fact the cost of the luxury category is similar to that of compass outside India.
Even with X3. My friend owns X3 who now decided to move onto Compass S optional 4*4.

I think jeep has no segment , it is best in its own class. Earlier its rivals were skoda karoq etc. Now compares with harrier and hector which have the same engine from fiat
