Great videos... I have a VF0E also. Have refurbished many things and you have shown me more that I need to do. Previously sanded the whole inside of the machine and repainted with POR15. Replaced front doors with safety glass. Used windshield urethane to attach glass to the doors. eliminated the rubber seal entirely. Took all the way covers off to fix a home switch issue and found the ways dry. Removed the oil filter as you suggest and about to replace all of the metering valves for the ways. Oh, I also rebuilt the control panel with a stainless piece, newer style keypad, and LCD screen. Much better than the old membrane keypad.

Glad the videos help an inspire you to do more but sounds like your doing a great job, would definitely be nice to have a newer style keypad, you should do a video on that one day

That door feel on new rollers is where it's at. Did mine with safety glass in the front and Plexi on the sides. Totally changes the machine. Fingers crossed for your lube lines. I'm gonna start my way cover rebuild tomorrow, leaks lots of coolant. Your mill is gonna be too nice to want to sell once all repairs are done.

Il be onto the way covers soon enough on this one, yeah it’s a shame to sell but needs must and there were too many issues to sell it like it was when I got it without losing huge amounts of money, hopeful after all this I will get a decent amount for it.
