I am Canadian (of Korean ancestry), but you are in the U.S. I recommend you to adapt to Western culture rather than expect everyone to know the nuances of Asian/ Vietnamese culture. Hey PimpRacha! That's so cool that you went to a MasterChef winners restaurant. We remember Christine Ha winning that season. How amazing! Even though she is blind she's able to accomplish so much!! She really is a beautiful chef. How awesome you even got to see her pass by in the restaurant. WOW.. you guys got a FEAST, and good you are still able to eat at restaurants. Here in LA there is no indoor or outdoor dining at all. That Pandan colada looked so delicious and refreshing. The scallop crudo was so beautifully plated, and loved all the colors and fine detail in it. As you know we eat with our eyes first! The grilled oyster looked bomb.. Butters would be eating those up and we love Vietnamese egg rolls, and the best is the sauce that it's served with!! Cool that they deep fried that pork bun and the salad you got with jackfruit looked so good with different textures. We would love that plate of fried chicken and fries.. we're actually eating fried chicken tonight YUM!! Awesome that you were able to get her signature dish of Pork and Crispy rice! Love the bowl it was cooked in. You can never go wrong with some apple pie and ice cream for dessert! $192 was not cheap, but everything looked so good and attention to detail was on point! Great video and love you guys to the mother effin' moon! :)
