Can somebody please help me, ive been looking for an option to the GE silicone because i cant buy it in sweden. I cant buy it online and ship it either from any website. Its been almost 1 year since i started looking but it almost seems like im the only person with this problem...Can somebody please help me with an equal option? Or mayby someone knows how to soften silicone, the one we have in sweden breaks all my piping bags and is super hard to use :( I really need help D:
there's this other thing called alex plus silicone? i'm not sure if they have it where you live but it's sold in hardware stores. are you sure you're using silicone? because i often mistake it for caulk which is really hard to use and breaks easily.
Omg! I didn’t think I’d find you here Linzor! (*/ω\*) I think you make great videos! Sadly I can’t help with your situation. 🥺 (Then again, she probably won’t ever see this anyway! 😅) ♡♡♡
Thank you so, so, so very much for making this video. I've been struggling to try and figure out how to make colored whip. I thought I had success with one of my cases, but now it has almost completely faded back to clear whip from pink. I think being exposed to the sun on a daily basis may have caused the fading. Or maybe the element I used (food coloring) wasn't good. Idk, but I've been racking my brain trying to figure out what I did wrong and what would work better in the future. As I'm writing this comment I'm conducting an experiment with silicone and soft pastels to see if the whip will fade from sitting in the sun for a week or two. But maybe now I should stop the test and just do it your way, it looks fool proof. And I consider you a professional case maker, so if you say it works then that means it works and I don't have to worry about fading anymore. You don't know how much this means to me personally that you made this video to share, it truly means a lot. Thank you so much.
You are so incredibly talented, and I can't thank you enough for the time and effort you put toward sharing your knowledge and tips!! I follow you on Instagram regularly, and LOVE your work!!
I finally found a video for making whip after spending so much time searching! Thank you. I was wondering if the silicone dried hard or it has semi-squishyish or puffy feel
okay so i tried to do this but without a tutorial (before i found this masterpiece of a helpful video) and omg this clear silicone is sooooooo sticky!!!! I was actually kind of scared of how it wasnt coming off ;-;. I used practically everything to try to take it off but, eventually, i figured out that makeup wipes work really good to take off this whip if you happen to get it on your hands :)
This is amazing! YOU are amazing!! Thank you so much for making this video! You make it look so easy haha it's gonna be a lot of trial and error for me but hopefully I'll get there! 💕
What happened to you 😭😭 I use to see you on my feed a lot but then noticed both your instas were gone , what ever the case maybe I hope you’re doing well and if you’re not selling/ crafting anymore just know you were one of the best // and most inspirational artists there was !!! I absolutely love your work ! Wish I had gotten a case back in the day but it’s okay ! I just hope you’re well and that you finished school and got the career you dreamed of ect 💖💖💖💖💖✨✨✨
Hello! I was wondering where a good place to buy the clear plastic phone cases from? I want to start making deco for my friends and I, but I'm having such a hard time finding good, cheaper clear plastic phone cases. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks for the amazing video and I will be using this technique in the future!😊😊💗
hi these is lovely just wanted to ask with all the things u put on the case do they stay stuck to the silicone as when i have bought cases with gems on it they have fallen of through time x
Hi :) I absolutely love your decoden cases, ive been watching them and attempted ny first whip last night, it doesnt seem to be sticking well to the actual case though...do you have any advise for me? xx
Can I use this glittery silicone method of yours to make a clear glitter case WITHOUT BUYING THE CLEAR CASE that you shown in the video, if yes, when it dries, would it be HARD CASE or SQUISHY CASE because I want to make sure i can push the cell phone without breaking the case and able to cut out the camera and button pieces, btw i love this video
I noticed GE brand (the exact same brand you used in this video) silicone says "Silicone I" or "Silicone II". Do you know what the difference is? Both bottles still say 100% silicone but I noticed after using "silicone I" the Deco wouldn't stick to a DS case I made for a friend :/ any tips/ advice? ... also I scratched the DS case so the silicone would stick but it still came off.. any help would be appreciated :)
im note entirely sure what they difference is but i know they are chemically different. one has a strong odor and one has almost no scent at all ! the one with the odor is the one that will adhere more strongly to a case.
it depends on your silicone some can take a few hours while some would have to stay overnight and some makers would leave the cases for 2 days or more to ensure they are fully dried before sending them off
Hi, I have a question. My dad used that brand of silicone before and he said if you don't use everything in the tube, it will dry out in 24 hours? It looked like you didn't use all of the silicone, did it dry for you? How long till it dried up and you can't use it anymore? Thank you!!
Help! D: I don't know why, but I bought the same stuff as you except for the silicone and paint. The clear silicone I used was the "Dap 10.1 oz. Clear 100% Silicone Window, Door and Siding Sealant" brand and for some reason, as I mixed in the acrylic paint and stirred, it quickly became "harden" within a few minutes to the point where I was unable to squeeze it out of the tip... Is there something I am doing wrong? Or am I not using the right "silicone"?
Jennifer Whitman You can try finding then on Etsy~ Many sellers make cute little things called cabochons, which are what she was putting on her phone case. She probably found the figure as a keychain, or as a small figure. Hope this helped!
Does your acrylic paint have a matte finish? Im using all of the materials you have here, they’re all the same ^^ but my silicone seems to harden so fast even when i just use a little paint.. since mine have a matte finish i was wondering if that affected the silicone.. 😰😓
MCGreekFreak I think most Decoden phone case creators just buy the little figures off ebay, *example: sailor moon keychain* and then cut off the actual chain? I think anyway.. but the little stars and moons and stuff I think they create by themselves. Idk though, this is just what I heard ;w;
The case is gorgeous. The thing that really blew my mind was how you got cling film out of the box without it sticking to itself.
me toooo!!!!!
Maggie Humphries it had a built in cutter love that
You are so cute and super talanted!! Best tutorial ever
Linzor you are cute and talented too
On what website or such can I buy cute small decorations to use on phone cases like these?

Rachelle Chung Ok, good to know. Thank you for the information!!
Where did you get that Sailor Mars figure? I want a Sailor Neptune one.
do you put the piping tip inside of the bag because it looked like you didn't. if you don't, how do you secure it so it doesn't move?
Do you make your resin pieces or where do you get them?

HI! I LOVE YOUR CHANNEL! I JUST SUBBED!!!!

where do you buy your phone cases? ;w; like just blank clear ones
Where do you get your sailor mars figure and decor?
This was too cool!
Where do you get the little pieces you put on your case? 😍
Jennifer Whitman You can try finding then on Etsy~ Many sellers make cute little things called cabochons, which are what she was putting on her phone case. She probably found the figure as a keychain, or as a small figure. Hope this helped!
Amazing and inspiring!
Corona Rosada Thank you so much ! ^__^
What kind of silicone is it? I've been wanting to try making one of there cases and I'm wondering what I'd need.
What brand acrylic do you use?
hey, where do you buy your cabochons and little figurines x
Is household silicone the same?
Does your acrylic paint have a matte finish? Im using all of the materials you have here, they’re all the same ^^ but my silicone seems to harden so fast even when i just use a little paint.. since mine have a matte finish i was wondering if that affected the silicone.. 😰😓
Hola soy de mexico también se puede en una funda sillón
do you have an etsy where u sell your wonderful creations becuase i love them
+Jazibah Syed Yes I do ! :) My Etsy shop is "Magical Girl Cafe"
How long did it take for the silicone to dry?
This is so beautiful and I'm freaking out because THE ACCESSORIES MATCH WITH THE SILICON
+The MoonLight Thank you !! :)
where do you get the sailor mars
where did you get the pastel parts that you put on the case?the ones that have glitter like the star and the moon.
Evanescence4ever100 i made them !
how did you make them? i mean with what?
Evanescence4ever100 resin.
where did you get the sailor mars and other decorations?! love your video! ^-^
I saw keychain versions of them on ebay just search sailor moon or mars keychain whatever on ebay you can seprate the chain part and use the figurine
Do you know any good places to get those little decorations to put on top of the whip?
MCGreekFreak I think most Decoden phone case creators just buy the little figures off ebay, *example: sailor moon keychain* and then cut off the actual chain? I think anyway.. but the little stars and moons and stuff I think they create by themselves. Idk though, this is just what I heard ;w;
