Might fall into overkill, but for newborn sessions, I always bring some food with me! Something low cost, and low effort but just something to say "I've been there, I know how tired you are let me take care of this."

Gosh, thank you for all this awesome information. It is very generous of you, and sure helps people like me to take our first step into establishing a business! I tried to follow the link to the $3k Mini-Sessions Blueprint and keep hitting a dead end. How might I download that?

I recently had a session where I couldn't for the life of me remember the grandpa's name, so I guessed. I guessed wrong of course, but it became a funny joke the whole rest of the shoot and it became his name. For the rest of the session, anytime I needed everyone to bust out laughing I would just mention his "new" name and it became a fun experience for everyone and thanked him for being such a good sport at the end.

This a great video and yes communication is a key, I always make sure I communicate with my clients and I think it’s one of the most important qualities I have… if I say so myself 😂
Have to work in the names remembering 😅 I’m trying but sometime when I’m rushing things get mixed up 😅
My clients love when I get the photos to them earlier than I tell them they will get their photos!
Definitely a good tip with emails I will have to work on that

Hi. I signed up for your mini course but I didn’t get the free email gift. How can I get that?

I am such a huge fan of communication! I almost worry that I over-communicate sometimes :)
Names are a big one! I literally have heard people comment on the fact that I am doing that during a session, while I was shooting!
How far in advance are you booking clients? Because often it seems like I have only a week or two between contact and the session which makes it hard for things like the questionnaire or a final info email. I feel like I'm smothering them with emails!
