My choice would be Shane Warne always, for the fact that despite playing more test matches than Murli, Shane Warne bowled 40705 deliveries compare to Murli's 44039 So basically Murli bowled more overs than Warne. That's the only reason he has 92 more wickets than Warne.

Most of his matches and victims were on Sub-Continrntal turning tracks. 2.
