      @@Tobeko123 nice man that's what I did as well I was running around on the cbr125r for 10 months then seen the HRC 2016 CBR some don't like the front of it I do though it grows on you.
      But the first time you go out on it you will love it lol I spent a ton on fuel the first year just as I did the previous bike.
      Good luck have fun.

    Got a 2006 cbr 600 for my first bike and the wind at the top of fourth gear felt strong enough to rip me off the bike, crazy speed and much respect🙌

    Oh man i remember taking a $60 dollar uber from chicago to joliet to pick up my cbr600rr....first bike owned, did a couple laps around the subdivision the seller lived in, found my way to 55 had no fucking idea how to get back home but she pulled through :) what a fucking adventure that was...

    I got a 600rr 2005 as my first bike, best decision!, the bike is very forgiving, no twitchy trothle but if you want power, you will have it

    I remember when I went on my first ride on a 600 coming from a slow offroader. Passing 11k RPM and the bike just took off. I think I smiled for a week.

    Once you are able to ride through to the rev limiter in 2nd to 5th gear, the feeling is surreal. Everything stands still. Of course, do it on a race track. I raced one the 2006 CBR600RR for a year and later the 2011 ZX-6R. I used to own a ZXR-250, a Vulcan 500, a ZX-6R 1998 model before I crashed that. Later I got the 2006 CBR-600RR. I was given the choice of the Honda 600 or a 2006 ZX-10R. I opted for the 600 as I know it's more forgiving and I can use more of the bike's capability compared to the ZX10R...which is a mental bike. I tested a race trim 2015 ZX10R at Sepang race circuit. It was insane when I full throttle it. I was scared

  • @TheSpyChecker
    @TheSpyChecker 7 ปีที่แล้ว +6

    Nice one, m8.
    I remember when i jumped off my 125 onto a GSX650F
    But the jump from a 600 to a 1000 was equally, if not even more so drastic lol.
    Can't wait to see you try one. I never intended to get a gsx-r 1000 either, i was fine with my 650, but after test riding that thing....100+ mph in first gear just tickled me the right way.

    • @InkedAggression
      @InkedAggression  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      TheSpyChecker haha i can only imagine i havent had a chance to ride any inline 4 sports bike over 600cc so no gsxr 750's or any 1000cc inline at all ive been on a street fightered aprillia Futura 1000 but that was fairly flat in terms of power just alot of torque

    • @TheSpyChecker
      @TheSpyChecker 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah, the futura makes 600 supersport power, in a 50kg heavier frame haha.
      Make sure to capture it when you do ride a superbike!
      Though, i have to add that after getting the 1000. i had to get a 250.
      i missed having a ''small'' bike way too much. They're equally as fun, just different ways.
      And you can redline each gear :D

    • @InkedAggression
      @InkedAggression  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      TheSpyChecker exactly and i will haha just got to find someone crazy enough to let me ride theirs hahaha

      Inked Aggression yeah my first time on a bike over 125cc was an R6, I couldn't speak for about 5 min because of the adrenaline rush. Great feeling. It's been so long since I've been on a big bike I'm hoping it feels like that again when I get another!

    • @InkedAggression
      @InkedAggression  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      PreparedDeath i rode a late r6 a few months back and even after riding all the bikes ive rode it blew me away they are much more brutal than the 600rr im sure it will its always a buzz getting back on one

      Alex Savvidis exactly i cant count the amount of times i have rode this now and its pretty much weightless to me i mentioned it in the video because its something youll notice going from a 125 that weighs like 120 kg hahaha

    when I went from the 125 to an xj6 for my training even in the mod 1 training acceleration was so quick and torquey getting to 30mph. And that has a lot less hp than this

    • @InkedAggression
      @InkedAggression  9 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      +inferior125riderHD yeah it was quite scary initially because it literally tries to blow you off you have to hold on so tight you got to think its 0-60 is under 4 seconds in comparison to my cbr being around 11 ish seconds

      Chris Eversham its my buddies bike so im bot sure i think it falls just below the top bike bracket so it wont be the £83 one probably around the £ 60/70 mark my 400cc is £42 (i think) a year, im not sure on fuel economy but id assume around 100 miles on £15/20 all dependant on how you ride it

  • @Eledor9
    @Eledor9 8 ปีที่แล้ว

    Hehe. I missed the whole excitement of progression as I started on a GSX-R750 (yes, I know it was stupid). I'm actually working my way back down the cc range now. Still have the 750 but I've also got an FZ-07 and I think I might pick up a 2016 RC390 when they release in the States.

    • @InkedAggression
      @InkedAggression  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      In all honesty its not stupid its just learning the ropes because you learn the hard way on a bike most of the time and id rather learn the hard way on a £3000 brand new bike that will only do like 80 mph than a £10000 bike that will do 150 but aslong as you took it easy which you must have done thats all that matters but it is crazy fun to see the difference between bikes i mean i have rode a cbr600rr and a cbr 600f and the difference between them two is insane and then for instance the difference between a old ninja 250 or cbr 250 and the old cbr250rr's is insane once again, but yea the rc are awesome bikes and they are actually the same size as the 125 they just have a bigger engine

    • @Eledor9
      @Eledor9 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Inked Aggression I know exactly what you mean. I definitely feel like my worry that I will wreck my 750 keeps me from pushing myself and improving as a rider. I'm planning to use the much cheaper 390 as my way of learning to ride well rather than just fast in a straight line. I have to say tho, I'm developing a love for naked bikes and the torque that typically comes with them. I was sure supersports were all I would ever love or need but being a bit of a hooligan around town is just too damn fun.

    • @InkedAggression
      @InkedAggression  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Eledor9 yeah exactly i mean your more likely to attempt sillier stuff on a smaller bike because there generally speaking is less danger involved but yea I'm more through and through sports bikes but i must admit the street triple i rode was absolutely amazing - the feeling of you nearly getting ripped off at 130 mph

    • @Eledor9
      @Eledor9 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Inked Aggression I was seriously considering a Triumph at one point. I think my current "dream" naked would be the Aprilia Tuono 1100. The sound alone is worth the price. But I think superbikes will always be first in my heart.

    • @InkedAggression
      @InkedAggression  8 ปีที่แล้ว

    yes mate (: once you were going did it feel much different to your cbr ? In regerds to weight and balance

    • @InkedAggression
      @InkedAggression  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Bristol Fool in all honesty very slightly but I think I would feel the weight a lot more if I was attempting some faster cornering but it was a amazing experience I am surprised I was going as slow as I did but I was more interested in the acceleration but id say if you got one yourself you would get use to the weight in a few days its very comfortable in every aspect just the power side that is daunting at first

    • @BristolFools96
      @BristolFools96 9 ปีที่แล้ว

    I am 17, wanna buy a cbr600rr as my first bike. I know people dont advise anything above a 500, but been riding a 1350cc harley around the neighborhood for fun, so think I will be ok. :P

    • @InkedAggression
      @InkedAggression  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      I would advise against it purely because a 600rr will do 0-60 in about 3.5 seconds that harley probably does it in 10 "cc" is not a massive deciding factor on performance and its much different when you get out on the open road if you decide to go for one just take it easy theres alot of stuff that will catch you out and especially on a bike of that power and capability

    • @antypasandreas8435
      @antypasandreas8435 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Inked Aggression hah, hit 90mph in less then 5. Trust me, it goes, and fast. Check the 0-60 chart somewhere online, i'm sure there is one out there somewhere. Its a Harley Vrod night rod special.

    • @antypasandreas8435
      @antypasandreas8435 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      But I understand where you are coming from, and still have until winter to decide. I origionally wanted a cbr500r, but out of my price range. Plus, after the 2016 model came out, it was either that or nothing, dont really like the older model's look. In any case, you are completely right, its definitely going to be different on the street, and I thank you for your input. The fact that i've gone 90 with that thing is a sign that I should be more responsible, so I will take your input into consideration. :D

    A bit a step too far from a 125 to this..great buzz but try stepping up in stages...some nice 500/650 stuff out there that's a little more forgiving..miles under you're belt & you'll appreciate other stuff..be careful out there..

      Robert C indeed it is not after spending alot of time moving pan europeans around and big 1600+cc cruisers but when you jump off a 120ish kg this feels very heavy hahaha

    • @Robbieifyoucan
      @Robbieifyoucan 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Haha I suppose I know what you mean, I have a FZ(MT)-07 and it weighs only a little bit less than the CBR600 but super sports have this effect of making the bike feel big around you.
