As you and I have witnessed, the faces change, gyms open and close, the gym auras change, the mass of the top competitors has gradually increased, new names are given to what we realize are essentially the same old exercises and nutrition approaches, but one thing never changes: whatever a person's genetic potential is, it requires consecutive years of consistent, disciplined, dedicated hard training to achieve it then maintain it.

    Не все ваши фанаты стали чемпионами, но многие, глядя на вас, смогли стать более дисциплинированными, правильными, здоровыми, смогли побороть кризисы, неудачи, разочарования, смогли поверить в себя, в свои силы, свои возможности.
    И дело даже не в наборе мышц, не в самолюбовании и абмициозности.

    The guys were bodybuilding artists. They posed dancing, they had style. Atmosphere was favorable.
    Currently, most bodybuilders pose the basics and lack charisma (as if they were required to be there)

    • @jakeragsdale
      @jakeragsdale ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Spot on, zero personality/charisma in general. The old school guys were on the vanguard, they weren’t doing it for social media clout. They were titans, blue collar, tough. They had balls and made it entertaining. For example, Big Ramy’s routine at the Olympia was so weak, pathetic. He built 300lbs of muscle and he has some half baked performance? I think a lot of guys are overrated…too much dependence on gear.

    AT THE TIME BEING - at that era - you are the iron itself - training was natural - and food and beverage was natural - nutrition with right training with the = ergonomics - of motivations were natural - it was true body building ........ thanks for the video 😍😊😊

    • @flextefitness4954
      @flextefitness4954 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Natural? Steroids were legal back then and every bodybuilder I trained with was on them. It wasn't a big deal back then it was the norm.

    • @dannykuang9433
      @dannykuang9433 ปีที่แล้ว

      At that time? Lol, nothing was natural. EVERYONE used steroids. This video's just showing guys all roided up. Yes, they hit the gym and did their routines, but all the chems they shot up 110% made them what they were.

    • @flextefitness4954
      @flextefitness4954 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@dannykuang9433 incorrect my man. I have seen hundreds of people shoot up and train hard and they just don't grow like that. It's called genetics. One without the other won't work you need both on top of thatu ou need hard worker dedication. You probably don't have the genetics right here probably a little too young to understand what hard work is

    • @dannykuang9433
      @dannykuang9433 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@flextefitness4954 you sound like the type to support Liver King and his “natty” life style. How wonderful people bought into his lies making him 100 mill a year while he’s tanking down 11k+ worth of “roids” monthly to get and maintain his body.
      Blah blah, genetics help but combined with roids you’re a sculpted god. I work out a lot, and I’ve been doing so since I was 18. I’m 43 now and still bench a 225-245 for 8-10 reps for 3-4 sets, that’s after all the warm up plates starting from 1 plate with 10-25lb plates added each set till I hit my self set cap, to avoid injuries again. I don’t really drink, only eat, sleep, and live a normal life style without roids. I have no desire to look like an Olympic god, just stay healthy and strong. That and I’m an artist so I pride myself in looking “fit” and not hurting my arms and back in anyway so I can sit for hours drawing.
      It’s easy to call bullshit and talk shit on the internet so yeah man, good on you, but trust me child I know what hard work is and am not stupid enough to trust anyone looking like these guys and say “natty!” Again, refer to Liver King.
