Hawaii football programs getting some much earned respect playing all these schools..to play well against them is huge for kids in hawaii to get recruited to big schools
Kahana-Travis twins (#2 & #0) had a great game and have been work horses for the past 3 years!! Playing multiple positions even QB when needed! Way to show up Mililani! Great win!
Time to give Hawaii credit. They've beaten Bosco, Sierra Canyon, Serra, Long Beach Poly, and some other elite Socal teams the past few years. All these other out of state teams struggle with California teams. I would love to see Hawaii play more Mainland teams from Arizona, Florida, Texas, Georgia, DC Area, Chicago. Not just Cali. They will surprise the rest of the country how good Hawaii football is
@@Dblaze991 HUH? you're just talking at this point. This is the #1 team in hawaii and they beat the number 15 team in cali by 3? And you think they can beat anybody?
Good win by Mililani. Hawaii teams should schedule more games like this. Competition is limited in Hawaii so getting off island is good. No need to be playing MD or SJ Bosco but teams like this and Centennial like Punahou did last year.
hawaii has had one of the top leagues in the country with their open division. They need to bring that back. At one time they had 4 teams in the top 50. Insane
The size difference from Cali and Hawaii can’t be compared. Hawaii is a small island yet producing some of the top talent in the country. And a lot of Hawaiis top recruits will move to the mainland from being priced out of paradise or for more exposure. These island kids are beating much bigger schools and it should be appreciated
Nobody is thinking like that. Hawaii teams play Cali teams by far the most of any out of state opponents and regularly beat them, including this year. The whole state of Hawaii has about as many people as the city of San Diego to put things in perspective. LA county alone has more people than 40 of the states. Population matters a lot.
Local paper in Hawaii has Mililani at #3, Kahuku #1. I usually trust local media rankings over MaxP rankings. Not sure how accurate the LA ranking is. Yeah I think Kahuku can beat both those teams as well, though might be kind of a down year for Kahuku. Pretty sure they'll get blown out by MD on Saturday.
@@Ffollies Kahuku is ranked #1 on paper, but it's pretty easy to see they aren't as good this year as last year. I think it's going to be Mililani or Campbell for number one ranked spot. Kahuku struggled against St. Louis and Konawaena.

The top hawaii teams can compete. St. Louis, kahuku, mililani, and punahou are the 4 main powerhouses.
Florida has beaten Bosco, De la Salle, Los Alamitos in the past, they just been struggling with Bosco lately.
@@Dblaze991de la salle and los al not even considered elite in Cali lol .. Florida ain’t beating any of Cali’s top teams anytime soon
@@ericbecerra7976 Nah trust me they can beat anybody in Cali that isn't named Mater Dei or Bosco.

Yes, more schools have been arranging out of state games recently. Good to see.
If Hawaii played teams like JSerra, Santa Magarita, Servite, OLU they'd def beat them.
@@JasonLee-kv9by St. Louis should play one of those teams annually. They'd fit right in.

Let’s go Hawaii boys always represent. Keep pushing boys and getting that work love to see it. 🤙
The Hawaiians had really great team speed, here.
The kahana-Travis boys should have multiple D1 offers by the end of this season.
Number 2 is a beast!! Great game!!
Good job boys!!! 808 all day!!! Ccchhhheeehhhooo!!! 🔥🔥🔥🤙🏾
Bruh 2 and 0 mad wicked...
#2 is an absolute beast
Proud of my Alma Mater. Way to go boys!🤙🏽
#2 on Mililani is shifty
Great team win. Mililani missing QB #1 and Onosai Salanoa who is possibly their #1 WR. Glad they have a two week rest before the season starts.
Hawaii ball is different , mahalo,,,,,,,
Different? No it's not
Everyone know Campbell DA REAL powerhouse
game would’ve been way diff if milliani had kini mcmillan in to bad he is injured
yeah is he coming back? Crazy millilani keeps winning with their back up . Kini is the real deal
Boi’s is tuff , but Hawaii show y’all mainland teams that y’all need tonlearn how to tackle , them Hawaii boys need more than 1 to bring um down
Bruh #2 and #0 😤
Mililani don’t even got there Top Recruit QB rn, he injured
was going to say, I didnt think their QB was that good.
#0 & #2 finna be a problem

You think Mililani is good, you should see Kahuku.
kahuku sucks they're not complete. They just lost to millilani
Kahuku lost to Mililani, and Mililani just lost to Campbell. Kahuku is not the best team in Hawaii this year
When Cali school beats Hawaii, just another game. When Hawaii beats a Cali school its like they've won the suber bowl 😂😂😂
…. Negative… this the dumbest take. Culturally unseasoned haole 🤦🏽♂️

Red and black jerseys with blueish/purple helmets is a nasty combo i wonder who even thought of that💀
Their mascot is even funnier 🤣🤣
#2 is Los Al’s daddy?
#1 team on HI vs #15 in Cali 3 point game? I’m not from HI but I think Kahuku could beat both these teams.

One thing is true. Some teams in Cali can’t tackle for shi. Especially against aggressive Polynesian team from Hawaii.
