(You are so far from facts) and sarru is more like a nickname. His real name is most probably different. And they say Khuda a lot of times too ( I think you conveniently ignored that) . And they are rajasthanis where tribal Muslims speak in a local rajasthani hindi dialect wherein saying bhagwan or ishwar is common. When YOU don't know facts kindly don't assume. LOL

      They'll need to be taught how to use it as well, especially the fully-manual ones with no computerized tracking to help you find things in the sky. I own one and it does take a bit of time to learn how to use and maintain.

      @VeroMithril Whatever telescope they get, it needs to be from a reputable company like Celestron, Meade, or Orion -- and not a cheap telescope from a shopping mall. I would recommend a refracting telescope, since it requires the least maintenance.

      Or a visit to an observatory, renting it for an hour or two so they can see everything from objects in our solar system to distant galaxies etc. It would be a very long trip to the north of India though (observatories in Jaipur, Nainitar etc.) to reach the mountainous areas where the observatories were built.

      I am pretty sure these people already know these things in some way shape or form. Where is this village? Why do they not have access to this information already? They can create a youtube channel with reasonable video editing and post this to the internet but for some reason, these people are also completely cut off from modern information like the size of various objects? Ridiculous. This channel is "feel good" material for some people to get that superiority complex pumping hard. The channel gets viewers and subscribers AKA money and the viewers get to feel "superior".

    Raheen had the perfect conclusion thought. He mentioned the universe, then the earth as a grain of mustard when compared (actually much smaller), then humanity as an even smaller thing and finally he blew my mind with the brain analogy. He got it 100 percent correct. How a human brain, so tiny can discover such huge things.

      We've only have this tech for a couple decades and the first humans only knew how to hunt and farm and exchange stuff also the ton black hole is hard to see and is even bigger the light didn't reach yet I got that from kurzgesagt these things are also only seen as big dots and we have to target them specifically to look at their light temperature and mass also yes the right tech will find them easily atleast most but these are new still being developed

      I agree. Even with a crappy telescope, looking at Saturn and Jupiter is an otherworldy experience. It's one thing, hearing about the unsiverse in school and videos but actually seeing it with your own eyes is nothing short of mindblowing.

    As a scientist I find watching the reactions of these people one of the most beautiful experiences I've had these days here on TH-cam.
    Their incredible connection with nature and the way they honestly express so much gratitude for the new knowledge they've received about the reality they exist in made me feel pretty much the same excitement,
    Incredible example of people being in tune with nature and the primordial concept of "god".

      @@Erizedd - Same here, and I wish I could do it. But Raeen definitely needs a telescope, and they don't have to be that expensive, especially when looking at the Moon. Anything further like Jupiter or Mars requires an advanced level of hardware and knowledge. But I have a simple one to look at the Moon and that is already awesome, and easy for anyone to find and focus on.

    Man the level of awareness and the willing to be humble from these guys is amazing I think this shows you the lack of Wonder the people in the US I wish people here would appreciate the things in life as they do I'm sure many of us do but I'm even more sure that many more of them meaning people around the world have a greater respect for learning

    Great video! You should try to explain to them that when they are looking at stars, they probably are looking millions of years into the past because the light needs time to travel. It would be really cool to see their reactions :)

In every day life we take our ability to think and imagine for granted, but the best minds of our species still don't understand how consciousness works.
