    대부분이 마산지역 아파트.
    다 이유가 있습니다. 주거환경을 보면 이해됩니다. 더 떨어져야 됩니다.

    마린애시앙 부영아파트는 2억대 분양인데 ㅋ 그마저도 안되서 할인분양한곳

    마산합포구,진해구는 인간적으로 창원급은 아님..
    포지션이 서울로 비교하면 구리 정도나 되려나..구리급도 아닐듯

    돈있어도 안사요~~ , 그리고 자꾸 그 근처 일자리들이 빠져나가는데, 그 일자리 힘없는 대출로 지방아파트가격이 유지가능할지도 의문이네요.

    창원도 창원나름이지
    전부 구 마산지역 외곽을 창원이라 하기엔
    창원본토는 지금도 가격이 후덜덜임
