Idea: SCP:1471 MalO, or an original character made by you that has the same functions. A new app is released and anyone who downloads the app will recieve pictures overtime of the entity being in the last location of the player until the entity is basically right next to the player and stalking from a distance and when spotted, disappears and gets closer and closer every time causing insanity because only the single player affected by the entity can see it.
Idea: A weird structure appears in the ocean, off the coast of the SCP facility, inside it appears to be some sort of temple, with ancient writing on the walls, depicting various player names from the server, these players are then brought to the temple and inside one room is a table with 8 chairs around the table and a button in the centre of the table, what players don't know is that the button spawns several cloaked figures, players will be informed that they have to seemingly vote out another player from the temple, but the player voted out instead has to take part in a deathrun style obstacle course.
My personal headcanon about the book is that it belongs to Grim. Sometimes he gets bored of the whole list deal and kills them using people's spite, jealousy and curiosity. He also recruits the local serial killers to kill people, which is why the railroad killer said "its already written in the book". Most of the killers, hell, all of them might be following the orders of the book.
Idea: The Marker from Dead Space With the new update you guys have allowing you to play sounds for individual players, the potential for a Marker/necromorph invasion in PGN is astronomical. Hallucinations, madness, anything your hearts desire. You can even replicate the book where Altman discovers the original black Marker and dies trying to destroy it.
Idea: Silent Hill, Have Players Crash their cars and send them to a foggy world where there are monsters that are manifestations of anyone's mind like pyramid head

With the Assistance of the citizens and government you go off to save the presidents daughter. (Essentially the plot of RE4). If not possible please do some role-play with the resident evil zombies if possible as it is something I do really want to see.
IDEA:EVIL DEAD RP ash Williams and his friends go to a abandoned cabin in the woods to stay a night . After a while they find possessed demonic (necro nomicon )book that when read releases demons from hell into our world with is friends now possessed ash fights off the demonic forces with his double barreled shot gun and chainsaw hand.
Idea: teleport people to a exact replica of the map but there is no npcs or players not even animals and most importantly, no sounds other than what they make. Real?
Idea: hold a award ceremony honoring both those who have died and those that have fought to protect on the server, and then little by little invade it with horrific characters and monsters for halloween
This idea turned out great, didn't expect that guy to just write himself and shootout though lol. This is probably the best one yet since the ones about book that predicts future.

But what the players don't know is that these roommate are horror movie characters such asJason, Michael, leather face, scarecrow, alien, etc, and these characters act as weird roommate until it's there time to kill the unlucky player
