This is and will always be my favorite liturgical dance. It is absolutely amazing. The anointing over these women is palpable! I get chills every time I watch it. Worshiping like this is why I started dancing and why I will continue to dance as long as my body is able. Thank you SO much for sharing this video!
I once got to "experience" them in worship through dance ~ 'palpable' is an extremely apt description!! The atmosphere was charged and changed . . . I tell people that everything that came after them was like "chatter," tingling brass . . . God used them so mightily . . . It was something to experience.
Kenya Griffin what happened to the dance to Praise Anthem by Richard Smallwood? That was the first dance I saw by you all...you ladies and the gentleman are such a blessing.....I thank you for sharing your gifts and talents with us. God Bless you all
I saw this once before and was advised not to respond to the not-so nice responses to our conversation. But I can apologize for offending those who perceive my responding to the person's questions as disrespectful. The ministry WAS indeed a blessing! Perception is reality for some. Perception: I was not engaged. Reality I was distracted that entire day because we literally LOST an honoree, a dance leader for 48 hours. They ate lunch with us one day and disappeared, no word from them, in a different state, with no family or friends. Imagine hosting a conference and one of your conference attendance DISAPPEARS. I was the point of contact for family and the conference leaders by the end of the ordeal. So I was EXTREMELY distracted, distraught, sad, crying sometimes and chatty in ALL the wrong places that ENTIRE weekend. Charge it to my heart and not my head this time!! I am imperfect, and I am sorry for perception of being rude and disrespectful. For those who know me, they know my reality. Dancers, please forgive. We live, we learn and we keep loving. God bless!
No apology needed Rev. Marable. I was not there but my perception of your conversation in the front row was nothing but praise and compliments. You're a powerful woman of God and would never offend anyone doing His will. For those that know her you can vouch that she is very sincere when she tells you she was concerned for the lost dancer. God bless you all and to the dancers in this video........AWESOME JOB!!!!!! GOD BLESS....
Angela Gainey, I thank God that my work and word over the years speaks for itself. YOU ARE CORRECT. My character is to compliment and praise, and find the good and great gifts in others. YES, we were talkative because MANY times that is EXACTLY what we are called in to do... sit before amazing worshippers, discuss amongst ourselves and give them positive feedback so they can grow. We did not give them feedback, but clearly from what is seen by all, we did not have anything bad to say. For those who want to perceive this negatively, we can only pray they see our hearts.
you wouldn't have been a distraction if whoever would have kelp their eyes on the dances and not you. IJS... I saw you talking but didn't seem to be distracting. i know this been 2 yrs ago but so sorry to hear about the Honoree/dance leader.
So Beautifully Done. Thank You For That Awesome Performance. GOD BLESS YOU ALL. WE LOVE YOU DEAR SISTERS OF CHRIST. KEEP PRAISING OUR WONDERFUL FATHER WHOM DESERVES TO BE PRAISED. AMEN
You guys are ALWAYS amazing. Powerful worship, powerful dance!!! Cant believe the people in the front row.smh. keep dancing for HIM. To God be the glory!
You all inspire me to increase my technique skills as well as my choreographing skills. I wish you all held dance classes and such. I pray my group aspires to reach their potential through Yahweh. Now while He is working through you...the ppl in the front...oh my...the devil is working too.
That's what I love about this Dance company...faith + Love for God + Worship = anointing. ...amazing
