Used to do it a lot when I played more console games, pretty easy habit to do and time flies by
If you get a standing desk, you can do it all the time, basically become able to walk a marathon after a while

Man can anyone explain how to play Brigitte, whenever I see gameplay of her it’s either really aggressive she’s bashing people with the team, or she’s hiding around corners and just kinda poking about
I dont play much brig myself (because I am a well rounded tank player who mostly plays doom) but from my basic understanding and knowledge, she is supposed to sustain for long periods of time by keeping inspire (her passive) up while packing her teammates for extra survivability. Her job also relies on getting backline flankers and/or dive characters off yourself and your other teammates or support and just be really annoying to kill as Brig, kinda like you’re playing Orisa but on support.
Just depends on your team comp and how much you’re being focused. In general you just want to use her whip shot to keep inspire active as much as possible, shield whenever you’re peaking, and stay alive as much as possible, protect your fellow squishes from being dived, don’t waste your armor packs.
