I absolutely love stitching Sarah Milthorp and the house is awesome to stitch. For Sarah and Ann Campion, I got the Soie Surfine for the over one. That’s much easier for me plus I use a Number 10 needle. I tend to get the Surfine at Honby House Needleworks, The Attic or Needle in a Haystack. Vince is adorable and good luck with Annie, she is going to bring you so much joy.

Welcome Annie! We have a rescue guy, Bernie. He thinks he is a 150-lb guard dog but weighs 11 lbs and is a Corgi /Chihuahua mix. He has a favorite spot next to me as I stitch and very sharp ears when I am home alone. Love all of your stitching!

Pandemic has been tugging at my heart strings for a while now, but I want to get my Kitted Projects whittled down a bit before I start such a huge project. I tend to be mostly monogamous with larger projects and the pressure of more than 3 or 4 WIPs steals my joy of stitching; funny how we all are different but wouldn't the world be boring if we were all the same? Your new addition to your family, Annie, is adorable. I hope you had a happy Mother’s Day. After being gone all day, celebrating Mother’s Day, it was nice to sit and stitch and watch your video. Your dad and I share the same birthday. I just turned 72 on Wednesday. Pandemic is amazing. So much beautiful stitching. That little tiny name you stitched on Eleanor Rigby I think? is so cute and teeny tiny. I love it. When you were referring to your friend that is like a sister, it’s called a sister from another mister, I learned that from The Fanciful Flamingo, Alicia. Love that saying. One last thing-I have stitched a gazillion Mill Hill kits starting back in the 80s when all you used was beads. Then when I came back to stitching the kits included cross stitching as well as beading. The directions tell you to stitch the cross stitches with three threads. I quit doing that because I found it to be too bulky. I stitch with two threads for the x’s and it looks fine. It’s also easier to run the threads through the stitches on the back when you are done with that color. Also, the instructions tell you to do a full cross with one of the sizes of beads, I can’t remember whether it’s the little or the big beads. I do a half cross. It’s so much easier and the beads stay on just fine. Have a great stitchy two weeks and enjoy that new puppy of yours. Such cuteness.

Annie is so adorable and I know she will be well loved and cared for. I hope we see more of her in future videos! I love your crème brule - I got Florence Mary Dickinson a little over a year ago from one of the "kits available" things and mine is as mottled as yours and I'm loving it. I haven't finished her yet as I kind of lost interest in it but I may pick it up again in June and do some stitching along with you. I'll just be getting home from vacation when you start it and will be a bit jet lagged so slow-but it will be great to get back to it again!

I absolutely love stitching Sarah Milthorp and the house is awesome to stitch. For Sarah and Ann Campion, I got the Soie Surfine for the over one. That’s much easier for me plus I use a Number 10 needle. I tend to get the Surfine at Honby House Needleworks, The Attic or Needle in a Haystack. Vince is adorable and good luck with Annie, she is going to bring you so much joy.

Your new addition to your family, Annie, is adorable. I hope you had a happy Mother’s Day. After being gone all day, celebrating Mother’s Day, it was nice to sit and stitch and watch your video. Your dad and I share the same birthday. I just turned 72 on Wednesday. Pandemic is amazing. So much beautiful stitching. That little tiny name you stitched on Eleanor Rigby I think? is so cute and teeny tiny. I love it. When you were referring to your friend that is like a sister, it’s called a sister from another mister, I learned that from The Fanciful Flamingo, Alicia. Love that saying. One last thing-I have stitched a gazillion Mill Hill kits starting back in the 80s when all you used was beads. Then when I came back to stitching the kits included cross stitching as well as beading. The directions tell you to stitch the cross stitches with three threads. I quit doing that because I found it to be too bulky. I stitch with two threads for the x’s and it looks fine. It’s also easier to run the threads through the stitches on the back when you are done with that color. Also, the instructions tell you to do a full cross with one of the sizes of beads, I can’t remember whether it’s the little or the big beads. I do a half cross. It’s so much easier and the beads stay on just fine. Have a great stitchy two weeks and enjoy that new puppy of yours. Such cuteness.

Oh how lucky for you guys and Annie! Love all the shares and your candle pillow is fabulous. I will soon be starting a new stocking! Our daughter is due in Nov, let us know in April ut as shes 44 wanted to be through her first trimester before saying for sure. Had her first ultrasound yesterday, her 5.5 yr old said oh is that what it looks like? And sigh I wanted 2 … so mama you and dad just have to breed again(yes he is very interested in animals and baby animals lol) the almost 3 yr old was wow can I see it, how will I watch it grow? Lol. Oh my heart goes out to her with ALS, I have taken care of 2 with it and yes long road. Hugs if you are reading this! Your dangling threads are no problem and thatis beautiful! One suggestion on the Mill Hill Kit! Before you start…. Impact the edges of the paper. Put the smoothest edge towards the bottom. That will help prevent your floss for continuously catching on the paper and eliminate a ton of frustration! 🫶🫶🫶

Annie is so adorable and I know she will be well loved and cared for. I hope we see more of her in future videos! I love your crème brule - I got Florence Mary Dickinson a little over a year ago from one of the "kits available" things and mine is as mottled as yours and I'm loving it. I haven't finished her yet as I kind of lost interest in it but I may pick it up again in June and do some stitching along with you. I'll just be getting home from vacation when you start it and will be a bit jet lagged so slow-but it will be great to get back to it again!
