This song is a great combination of advaita and Bhakti. The introductory portion can be interpreted as an explanation of the nondualistic truth of the oneness of atma, paramatma and maya (creation). The main song is pure devotion to little Krishna.

The 'Ooha Poha" which is the first part of the song is emphasizing the oneness of the God and the atman. Therefore that is based on Advaitic thought The main song is purely devotional, of a Bhakta describing little Krishna in the environs of Brindavan therefore the main song has the spirit of Dvaita.
Shivaram L so it comes down to saying "world is an illusion" which is not, it is and cannot be an illusion. If it is then you are an illusion and so am I. But I m commenting on this and you are replying, so how can it be illusion ? Illusion is something it's a virtual stuff or imagination but this is practical stuff. So World is real and no illusion. Think about it. :)
