Honestly, the ending is really leaving us cliffhanger. We never know what happened after Nick found the money and the gold in the vault, we never know what happened to Khai, Tyson and Boomer after that and did Nick told Khai, Tyson and Boomer that Dawes is dead. If only they making a sequel.
Unfortunately, the money boxed Visceral in, and EA suffocated them to death. They could never find out what to do with themselves. So, they took their last paychecks, locked the door, threw away the key, and left. Maybe they were salvageable. But that's a mystery with an answer they took to the grave. Don't forget, that's no vault. It's a tomb.
In video game: *Nick got framed and wanted so he goes on the run.* In reality: *Nick got framed and wanted but knowing he's innocent so he goes to the IA and the result Nick got reinstated, Dawes and Stoddard got arrested and yes including Khai.*
If Nick wants to continue being a good cop then he should keep the money and donate it to the needy directly. The system would just have it land in some 1%'s couch cushions. If you're going to be a good cop, don't follow the law. The law only oppresses the poor.

On one hand, he wants to retire, on the other, he can't stomach the thought of criminals running rampant and cops accepting bribes, so what does he do? Simple: He returns Dawes' dirty money to its rightful owners, expecting a reward. He gets his badge back, a promotion to lieutenant, and an increased pay grade. At this point, he makes it his mission to clean up the streets. I'm not going to elaborate any further. Too many spoilers.

If you like cop shows this is a good game if yoy dont like/never watched any this game is pretty boring, Me personally i loved the TV show feel to the campaign

Sounds like a crime drama you'd see on FOX. Interesting idea, but lasts for only one season.
