Thanks so much. Just put my chair together that I purchased online & could not find the screws for the footrest in the plastic that had all the other screws. After seeing your video, I wondered why the holes in the footrest looked different & also different to the others on this chair. After further investigation I found out that the screws were already inserted in the 2 holes of the footrest 🤣& was a matter of unscrewing & the rest is history. 🙏💯
This made me laugh 🤣 happy to know that you put it all together. Enjoy your new chair.

do you know how to adjust the height of this chair? i have the same but i cant figure out how to adjust the height.
Yes, under your chair the (gas lift height adjustment chair or ‘LIFT’) you need to pull it. If you want to adjust the chair ‘up’ dont sit on it while you pull the ‘LIFT’. If you want to adjust it ‘down’ sit on the chair while pushing the lift.
