  • Hello everyone!
I appreciate you being here as we explore the November garden in Southeast Queensland. Unfortunately, the potato patch hasn't turned out as expected, prompting me to investigate the lunar cycle for planting seeds and crops. With the recent wet weather and storms, I've been eager to learn more about our local climate. I hope you find this vlog enjoyable!

It is an unusual rain pattern this year, we have had twice the average rainfall for November here already, as well as reasonably mild days.
My wife grew potatoes for the first time in one of those grow bags, the plants got chomped badly by some pest over a couple of days and then died off a couple of weeks ago. Last week we emptied it out thinking we would just be reclaiming the soil for use elsewhere, but found a reasonable crop of potatoes. !

@jackdawg4579 oh wow thats a great outcome considering the weather and pests. I've been reading all day about the moon and the cycles, so far I do believe its working on the sweet potato slips, they are really strong
