Sir i cannot participate in any bid everytime the beneficiary section comes and i click on save the portal logs out me and after when i login it says not eligible to participate in the bid
If are not eligible then not possible....some times it shows u can participate but during participation it gives clear msg that u can't participate..that correct..you are not eligible
