Raider be buff each patch only because almost player are bad in raider and survivor. But when good player is raider it's just a no match except if he want let a chance to survivor. Actually lv100 survivor and frieza, lv20 buu and in raider lose only 2 time from time machine because I wait so much for chase 2 last player and they cancel when I try destroy time machine and one time be kill when I'm buu lv2 because unlucky with rng and found no civil and opponents found db in 3 minutes. Just for say all buff is only for "casual" and bad players can win easly when they are raider. But if few survivor is in squad they can win but good raider can win easly exept if really bad rng in early.

I mean just because he gets to lv 4 faster doesn't mean that cell has gotten any better at combat and its not about the win rate per se but the actual matches themselves. Its an unspoken rule at this point but survivors are more likely to try and fight cell because he's "meh" at combat than freiza or buu. Only thing "good" cell actually has is his damage, which is kinda wishy washy when you consider majority of the time survivors are in their base forms meaning 2 hits downs them regardless which also goes back to why frieza and buu are so good because their fire rate/range/hitboxes in all their levels. And using freiza like in your example freiza gets lv 4 easier because he gets evo from namekians, fighting him, and finally if survivors make a wish cell still technically has to win an encounter or find civilians comparitively.
Tbh he needed it, he still has the worst ki blast in the game and his skills are not that good compared to the other two. It's not like the buff was made to make the survivors worse no, it was made to make cell similar to Frieza and kid Buu
Kaioken is a move that when you see someone you use it you think "Why do you have Kaioken on?" And then if you are actually able to talk to them you would then know that they have pretty much nothing else to put in that slot.
Yeah I have afterimage but I still choose kaioken over it. I'm more of an aggressive player tho. I ambush the raider and when I see then go after a teamate I rush over to save them. Especially when they are under level. Or my favorite is flying up into the sky when cell is going to absorb and lobbing rockets from across the map
I find it funny how difficoulty flips flops every other update, and that makes previous experience near pointless. It definetivelly gives you the DBZ experience
It's not just level 4 I saw a Cell who had just got to level 2 instantly get to level 3 just by catching one player who was still at 0 power level. I also recently saw a level 100 Frieza player who actively ignored civilians AND players he had downed he stayed in his first form the entire game and still easily beat us. I hate that Asymmetrical multiplayer games always de-evolve into power fantasies for the solo player first Dead By Daylight now this game it's fuckin ridiculous.

The game is completely impossible for survivors at this point, and the raiders are even harder to take down stage 1. Frieza was already broken enough. They need to add 2 more wishes maybe such as “Increase all power lvls of players level 3 or 2 lvl 4 players because the raiders are ridiculously strong.

Day 18 of saying Wassup to Steed I said this while on Pro’s stream but I hate the Cell evolution buffs because EVERYONE is playing Cell basically and there’s barely any variety between raiders again (Like how everyone and their mother was playing Frieza back when the raiders damage was absolutely cracked and game balance was so one-sided)
Cell should get a buff and a nerf. They should buff level 3 cell's ki blast or change it and they should decrease the evolution energy outside of that he is pretty balanced.

I know a lot of people complain about the raider buffs, and how cracked they are. But IMHO, That's the least of my complaints. My gripe is the abhorrent matchmaking. If I'm gonna play as a survivor, I'd rather take my chances with a team that ACTUALLY KNOWS HOW TO BE GOOD SURVIVORS! We all get brain farts from time to time, that's one thing. Being grouped up with greenhorns that have yet to understand how to survive is troublesome enough. And I don't want to even get on the pathetic fools that rage quit, or deliberately feed the raider. I'm just sickened by the fact that kind of 'player' even exists to start...
