Depends how many family members, and how much net income you are getting and how strong ties you have with soil. When you are applying with family the strongest connection from your home country you lost because you are going with family and family is the most strongest part in the home country. If you never visited with your family to any of the mentioned countries then very minimal chances of the visa. If you have visited with your family to the mentioned countries then of course higher chances of the visa.

Marriage Certificate does not have any expiry date, so in my opinion after legalization from Portugal Embassy Islamabad should remain valid until delivered to destination authority.

If you are going in person then you do not need any authority letter. If you are sending someone to submit the documents at Gerry's office on your behalf, Yes He/She needs Authority Letter.

Depends how many family members, and how much net income you are getting and how strong ties you have with soil. When you are applying with family the strongest connection from your home country you lost because you are going with family and family is the most strongest part in the home country.
If you never visited with your family to any of the mentioned countries then very minimal chances of the visa.
If you have visited with your family to the mentioned countries then of course higher chances of the visa.

sir i have many emails from last week but when i sent the email in next mint i got an email in my inbox delivery is failed but there are 2 emails that i had sent yesterday but haven't got any rejection email so what you say is that accepted and can i expect response from embassy ?
If emails have been sent, it means delivered, wait for couple of days to receive appointment, if within 10 days maximum you do not receive any reply, try to send again. Good Luck

Yes, you need to attest all documents from Foreign Office and to present to University in Portugal in most cases you have to get attested the necessary documents from Portugal Embassy Islamabad.

Marriage Certificate does not have any expiry date, so in my opinion after legalization from Portugal Embassy Islamabad should remain valid until delivered to destination authority.

If you are going in person then you do not need any authority letter. If you are sending someone to submit the documents at Gerry's office on your behalf, Yes He/She needs Authority Letter.
