Hi friend, I'm glad to hear that, and I really appreciate knowing that the guide has been helpful to you 🤩. I had a great time playing Gimmick Puppet deck in this Duelist Cup and was able to increase my Dlv more easily than in previous editions using this build.

Yeah, I had also played GP in the DC, with another build that worked quite well. So I tested yours in my last games from M3 to M1… only one lost by a misplay 😉

@ That’s great 🤩🤩 it’s really cool that GP helped you climbing into Master1 🤩, honestly it becomes my favorite deck 😍.

U Really CANT Brick (Unless You Don't Know The Tech) I Don't Add Too Many Hand Traps, 1 Ash 1Ghost Belle, 1 Kurikata, 1 Dark Ruler, 1 Ultimate Slayer, Your Golden. Maybe A Feather Duster. But I Love Gimmick Puppets My Favorite Deck Rn (I'm An Og Tear Shadoll Player )

@@dedahvsjihad6790 Yes true, but it's also about trying to defend yourself from being interrupted, especially against targeting effects; and in going second those hand traps helps you a lot 🤩

I have been experimenting alot with the griind game, since getting interrupted without the field spell means you can't otk most of the time, and ash is a serious issue without protection.

Yes, that's true. Gimmick Puppet deck focuses on FTK and OTK strategies, and in some situations, it can struggle against certain disruptions like Ash. However, it also has ways to counter them. Using Foolish Burial or Condolence to send Terror Baby to the GV before starting your combo can make it uninterruptible. You can often tell if your opponent has Ash cuz their field will glow when you activate one of those cards (since most players don’t toggle off). Cards like Crossout and Called by also provide protection, while Red Reboot and Sauravis help deal with Infinite Imperm, which can bypass your field spell. You can also add Effect Veiler to your decklist, not only as a disruption tool but also to make Crossout more versatile if your opponent uses it and you lack the field spell. Of course, Gimmick Puppet has its flaws and isn’t a Tier 1 deck, but its potential is incredible. In many situations, your opponent won’t be able to do anything against the overwhelming plays this deck can produce 🤩.
