- The sheet metal slitting machine-slitter (cut-to-length machine) is used for longitudinal cutting of the metal sheets with maximum thickness 1mm, aluminum composite panels, paper, polycarbonate.
This sheet metal slitting machine (slitter) lets you to cut the material into four strips.
There are four types of the sheet metal slitting machines-slitter we make:
1. The manual sheet metal slitting machine-slitter (cutting for 2 strips)
2. The electric sheet metal slitting machine-slitter (cutting for 3-5 strips)
3. The electric sheet metal slitting machine-slitter (cutting for 10 strips)
4. The electric sheet metal slitting machine-slitter (cutting for 20 strips)
The operator of the sheet metal slitting machine (cut-to-length machine) can easily change the width of the strips and their numbers. There are special screws on the knives to do it.
You can easily cut sheet metal right from the decoiler with our sheet metal slitting machine.
This Cut-to- length machine is used for working in 380V lines.
The sheet metal slitting machine (slitter) could be equipped with cross cutting knife.
For cutting sheet metal into more than 4 strips we provide our sheet metal slitting machines (cut-to-length machine) with stronger construction to avoid any unwanted deformation and to let you the opportunity to work with our machine the way you want.
The cutting speed of the slitting machine is about 10 meters/minute.

wow, how beautiful is that. you could eliminate the need for a shear plus im sure you could slit a coil to make your trim. it seemed like the metal was 26gauge.
