I believe its going to play on your mind. Your very respectful to the path for being sensitive like this, so from all Sikhs: thank you. As for giving you 'permission' i dont think anybody serious would state a position. But i would certainly say if it makes you feel guilty dont do it. Sikhi isnt so much rules based, more principled based and so you shouldnt ask for permission from another sikh where you can behave in a way that you doubt, its a death of your conscience. God bless.

I was wondering, I bought a necklace which has a mini kirpaan and Khanga does this mean I have to be more strict with certain things ie meat etc
