Necessary materials
1 glass of milk (200 ml)
1 glass of water (200 ml)
1 tea glass of vegetable oil (90 ml)
1 tea glass of yoghurt (30 g)
1 teaspoon of sugar (10 g)
1 teaspoon of salt (8 g)
1 pack of baking powder (10 g)
6 cups of flour (720 g)
For Filling:
4 potatoes
2 onions
3.4 sprigs of parsley
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (30 ml)
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon of mint
1 teaspoon of salt
To Apply to the Dough:
Terem oil (50 gr)
1 tea glass of vegetable oil
For Topping: 1 egg yolk
The glass size I use is 200 ml.
The tea glass size I use is 125 ml.
