I absolutely adore this. Moody and ominous and perfectly capturing that eerie darkness of Strahd! I particularly like how you pronounce the names, especially Tatyana, and will for sure be taking inspiration from this for my own attempt at DMing Strahd. Bravo!
If my understanding of the lore is correct, you have to kill someone you love to become a true vampire, so Strahd must have cared for his brother at least a little bit
