She does. 3 ish years ago there was a somewhat well circulated video of her telling her fans to not bother other streamers but she somehow phrased it in a way that even the nousagi had to follow when she could have just told them to stop being a nuisance. She's good & genuinely cares about her audience.

This is pretty much the gist. You have to remember, a lot of these Vtubers are well past 18. So, if they're in good terms with their children even after they've moved out, it means they have the emotional and mental capacity to be nurturing and supportive enough that their children LOVE to be around them well into adulthood. Thats not to say all of them are good, but only the ones that Vtubers actually care to take into their streams.
