Don’t work for a Taurus or a Capricorn if you’re lazy or a slacker in the work place, It won’t go down well. We equate Laziness to a personal attack on OUR finances when were paying you to do a job. It’s not personal, it’s business. Final note, Shannon is a business lesson learned in human form. I would not employ someone for that long that has a long string of “human errors” to their company history record, when they’re supposed to be a SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER. That’s MAJOR I don’t care/slacking/avoidance issues. I would’ve let her go after the month long lack of updates on Pinterest & constant non clickable links in emails. Especially the emails. That can make or break your bottom line as a business when social media & email is such a huge part of revenue for businesses nowadays. Sounds like getting drunk on tequila was more important to her.

Why "boss moves?" This is how EVERY boss behaves! I am surprised at how professional and lenient she is with her staff. I don't know what I expected from her as a boss, but I love that she can separate personal from work. And yes, she shouldn't know about personal gossip among staff that impacts the workplace. I think they just need to diversify their work space, get people there with more experience in marketing regardless if they're social media saavy; you can teach people those things, you can't force someone to want to work professionally....anyway, it's good she's stopped the reality show, and is focusing on herself and her business.

I love how kristin is with this business of hers and i love how she gets them to shut up and listen to and doesn't have to yell either she's pretty to.
Jay & Kristin = Taurus & Capricorn = what happens when the 2 work horses of the zodiac marry = don’t f with my money = slacking not allowed by employees. AT ALL.
My point?
Agree 100%. I’m a Capricorn ♑️. Just wish I could get an acceptance from a Taurus ♉️ 😔
I like Kristin but disagree with what she said about kayley. Sometimes when you have an employee that causes tension, it really brings down staff morale. If it’s one person causing all these issues maybe they aren’t as good as you think they are
Kristin told that chick that Shannon might isn't the best reference LMAO
Wait, Does Shannon "care"?... Like, i would've thrown her out on 'I was drunk on Tequila'
right like wtf???! even if, why would you say that?
Honestly the more I watch, the more I love Kristen. Shannon wouldn’t have lasted that long if it were me.
Let's be real, you can blame as many employees as you want, but they're only as strong as their leadership.
Amen
Yeah. When she’s saying that you guys have to work this out. And one of them is the Mngr. Wrong reply Mrs. CEO. People have to be mng’d.
Fully agree. And part of that leadership would be picking the correct employees which she seems to have trouble doing lol.
I need someone to do a makeup tutorial on Kristen's makeup
How hard is it to run social media accounts? I run mine everyday with no issues lol.
i would love to work for kristen. she’s a boss!!! i could learn so much from her.
i see both sides. As boss kristen needs to have printout & clear expectations of duties (i.e.,10 postings per day/answer questions w/in 24hrs) but this is tough cuz shannon's not here to impress & startsups are alot of work...also kristin needs training she does not have the business sense of some ceo w/ 20 yrs of experience
She sucks as a boss. You can't have a young business like that with people who can't think for themselves. Beyond dumb. If I have to micromanage you. It's not gonna work.
The fact that the woman said that she basically just wants to work there because it is “fun” was just ridiculous. Kristen was so straight forward with her.
I really want Kristin's top in the scene where she fires Shannon. Any ideas where it's from? Or a lookalike? Thank you so much!!
Why are ppl hating on Kristin so much? Good lord 🙄🙄🙄
Love Kristin. She’s actually really reasonable and in the right usually
I think Shannon mistook Brittany's kindness for weakness. Shannon's character was very entitled and I am proud of Brittany for finally correcting it when she mouthed off that last time in the office. Shannon can't act like Brittany didn't try or cut her some slack. But based on what I saw it seems like their may have been a miscommunication from Kristin on whether Shannon fell under the umbrella of authority Brittany had. That or I am totally just forgetting cause it's been a while.😂
I totally dig Kristen😳
😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂
Poor leadership at its best.
So is the business them pretending to run a business and make a reality show on the drama that ensues?
Shannon Shannot be working there 😂💯🔥
You have a lazy, problem employee, and they refer a friend...
how?
I would not let people I pay walk all over me, hell no!
Im so proud of Kristen
Kristen is a boss 🙌 love her since laguna ❤️
Her Job isn’t even hard like you really have to be lazy not to post anything on social media she also talks back to her boss and is disrespectful
She’s a typical younger Millennial…..”Me, Me, ME!”
Literally I gave no idea what I am watching what they are promoting or who they are but I know Shannon doesn’t have a good work ethic
Kristin cavallari she is so beautiful and kind and smart and so funny big fan
Kristen you rock love your work ethic
What work ethic?????? She’s a M-O-R-O-N are you kidding!????
Love Kristen. She is amazing. Love how her and Jay run there the business....
Why does Shannon always have her mouth open lol
He a whole new crew ! Theses girls are professional at all
Theses girls are a joke and do not take their mistakes literall . Unacceptable for professional work . Get a new crew girl I'd you want this store to succeed.
Haha I love how Kristin is old school on how to mount a business. Now I see they had more things in common with Lauren than they thought. That’s why they couldn’t get along.
She needs passionate employees
Loveeee Kristen and Jay 💕
Kristen is my idol! I have loved her since Laguna. X
Kristin is still so hot, no wonder she destroyed all the boys in Laguna 😂
Can you guys bring this show back
Shannon's personality is literally the same white girl personas I grew up around and it always disgusted me. These are really the type of people that look down on others if they don't share a similar appearance and white girl privileged mentality.
But it is satisfying to know people like this will never have peace in their life. Not knowing they already have so much and only want more, at some point they cant always get what they want and their natural greed will always expose them.
They are all white, so how is that different from the others? Thanks for your racist comment :D
@@esikazemese No difference at all. They all show signs of entitlement and privilege. And please stop acting like you're a victim of racism, you sound pathetic and in denial.
Stop ✋ its a moron thing not a white person thing.
@@Christinalovespink91 I'm not saying all white women are like this. I've had a good amount of humble white female friends. I'm just saying this attitude seems to be common within a specific set of people.
Shannon gets fired and says “yea, this should’ve happened awhile ago” WTF? Is that another defensive comment?
CheetoStud right ! If she hated it that much why didn’t she just quit so Kristen could hire a more professional employee? Shannon is way too stupid lol
@@bergercookie probably her boss is stupid to keep her around for so long :D
It's hard being a boss 😩
Also don’t forget that people can be very deceiving in interviews and represent themselves in a positive light when in reality they bring nothing but negativity and drama to the workplace.
Shannon is manipulative and doesn’t know how to own up to her actions. That should just show you her maturity and does not known how to be professional. She basically used this show as a platform to help her launch her social media career basically.
i own my own company and i’m starting to hire. i need to watch this show lol.
Shannon's friend though who the hell shows up dressed like that to an interview?
I wanna watch this
Lol Shannon only agreed it was a good idea to not work there after she got fired. Just another defense mechanism so she doesn’t feel at fault for her own actions. This girl is very immature.
The way Brittani was glaciers walking lol
I was getting so pissed at Kristen‘s employees I was like🤯😤
Brit was pissed off handing kristin the key, kristin realized brit was pissed off and tries making a joke about it.
