You don't need to pull anymore shemira. You get 3 from peaks of time( 1 from shadow invasion, 1 from candy crush and 1 from The Voyage) and you get another Shemira for Chapter Clear I think and a hero choice chest after chapter 12. Garrison unlocks after clearing chapter 6 and it takes approx 4 days to get enough resources for Rem. At least I got mine on the 4th day.
Roughly how long would it take to get rem after starting over, been a while since i’ve played but i’d really love to use rem she’s easily my favourite hero
