Im so excited for this new update, but I would love to see some aquatic animals aswell (eg. seals, walruses, dolphins, otters, penguins, sea lions, crabs, octopuses ect.) I'm so happy to see new and improved species along the animal kingdom!
Another special reindeer fact is that they are domesticated and traditionally kept by the Sami people, the indigenous people of the northernmost parts of Sweden, Norway, Finland and part of Russia.
I hope that they add meerkats next that would be adorable

Uhm....they said the arctic fox is going to be in the update...AND penguins. Another TH-camr already covered this stuff.

@@nerlana1281 Yep... We lived in the arctic of Alaska and always laughed when tourists took the time and expense to visit our isolated area but then thought they were going to see penguins. We had to explain they had traveled toward the wrong pole for penguins
I was kind of disappointed when there was only four animals too but there was a lot of work behind adding those four animals. ^^'
Plus that isn't to say there isn't ever going to be more animals added in the future. You never know.
This has nothing to do with this DLC but they need an Australian DLC with:
Quokkas
Kangaroos
Koala
And some reptiles(snakes, lizards, crocs, etc)
Aww I wish the Artic Fox was also added in! Because when in the summer/spring their coat is brown to camouflage and the same happens in autuman/winter where their coat becomes white!
6:29 And it's getting worse for them unfortunately, I read a paper that said there's a village in Russia that has 50 polar bears around it both adults and youngsters with there mother's all thinner than they should be eating dead seals and anything else they can get there paws on.
So cool! I lived in Barrow, Alaska right on the Arctic Ocean for 8 years... polar bears, arctic foxes, wolves, caribou, and more. Polar bears were frequent visitors to the village. I loved it. I bought Planet Zoo but it won't run on my laptop. It crashes everytime I open it. Maybe Santa will put in a good word and I can buy a new one after Christmas.... So upset they chose arctic wolves though considering those are likely just a retexture of the existing wolves and arctic wolves are not their own species anyways... wish they chose arctic foxes
I've seen arctic wolves irl and they are different from usual wolves, fluffier for a start. Also all the bears they have in the game already are definitely not retextures, they put so much time and effort into modelling the animals

I guess I meant like the Himalayan and grizzly both have similar animations and interact with objects in a similar way though yes they do look different they are probably using the same base model which is what they might do with the arctic wolf. I think a fox wouldve added more variety in terms of animation and potential exhibit styles.

i hope they someday add a Canadian update where they add Moose, Beavers, Foxes, White tailed deer and possibly Canada geese. also keep up the hard work on these vids you can make it to 500k
But, lots of those animals exist outside of Canada too. Moose, foxes, beavers and some deer species also exist where I live, all the way over in Sweden. Even some types of geese.
Planet Zoo just gets better and better
I feel bad about the polar bears, because these guys are facing extreme vulnerability to extinction because of our meat consumption and fossil fuels are making the ice melt, leaving them to swim their miserable selves to find land, which is going to be challenging because by 2040, they'll be ice-free summers inyhe Arctic, meaning bad news for them. I know polar bears aren't endangered, but vulnerable, but seriously! Let's save those cute polar bears people!

I don't think the goat's species in WolfQuest will be those sheep specifically, but other goats. These in this video are called something with sheep, the goats WQ is adding are called something with goat.
