At 68 a retired mechanic, and I have just completed my Digital Marketing course but also like to learn a little bit more about, blogging, and content marketing, and I must say your tutorials are simple and clear, grabbing my attention. One thing is to complete a course another is how to use that resource to earn a passive income.

Do you have any tips for a blog which is just an opinion column - just like a columnist writes in a newspaper? I have been writing posts for years but there is no NICHE. Topics can be politics, humour, Trump; Ukraine, Pet Peeves etc. My hope was that if I am usually an enjoyable read, people will check back to see what I am addressing regularly. Not so. Most people won't read more than a tweet. I use Blogger and used to get maybe a few hundred hits a day - now 4-5! I never tried to commercialize it. Almost ready to give up. I just enjoy writing. Hi, great video! I have started a blog in Spanish this year about culture, travel and business in Asia. I though that in order to differentiate my blog from other travel blogs I would be publishing articles about cultural elements of Asian countries as well as geopolitical analisis so the reader can have a more "immersive Asian experience". But in fact some of these keywords, although don't have much competition, are not very monetizable as well. Do you think this is a good approach or you would recommend another strategy?
