Love how you show the photos of the cards being discussed in some of the negotiations! Looks like it takes a lot of work for the editors , but it doesn’t go unnoticed! Really enhances the product for me the viewer! I know you can’t do it for all of them, but what you do right now is perfect and still makes the pickups video full of new cards to see! Keep it up 🙌🙌
You know what it’s refreshing to see a person that gives people fair value especially kids. When kids offer a card at a low price and you check and then offer more than they want as they undervalue. Hats off Ryan credit to you and the hobby! James from Coventry, England
Yeah how to get ripped off, scammed, and lie to someone's face. Nothing in this video is good. You clearly don't understand money, inflation, and the real face of the card industry. Same lies for the last 40 years
Wow, look at that line !!! Congrats , that’s the impact you have on the hobby. Best of all it’s how you treat all these kids with honesty , enthusiasm , and integrity.
Appreciate all you do Ryan, hopefully get a chance to meet you one day. Was at our 1st National this year. Unfortunately, my daughter and I didn't look hard enough to find you. Smh. Hope you and the family a blessed day, everyday.
When you buy this many cards and don’t have a video to look back in, how do you keep track of your cost basis on your cards? I find this the hardest part about making deals at shows.
This video truly shows to have your comps and asking price ready before selling, I feel like Ryan could’ve gotten through double the amount if everyone knew what they want for each card. Love your work mate 🔥🇦🇺
Bro, the fact that you’re absolutely fair with the kids is amazing!!! Almost every other hobby you see grown ass men being dickheads with kids and ripping them off for their stuff. You are the fukn man!!
Great job ryan i just don't understand how people sell graded card's for $15-20 when it cost's that to get graded i guess they were possibly already bought from a pc lot cheap and flipping.
I've been a Financial Advisor for over 25-years. Although cards are super cool and fun to look at, buyer beware! There's a tremendous amount of volatility in the sports card world. Cards have no intrinsic value, don't pay dividends, have no tax advantages, don't offer ownership in a co., and your card is ONLY worth what another buyer will pay you for it. Some of these amateurs are spending CRAZY money!! If a player has an unsuccessful season, gets injured, doesn't live-up to the hype...your $2,000 card can quickly turn into a $20 card. It's an AWESOME and very fun hobby...just be careful!!!
Plenty like that. Paintings, watches, NFTs, etc. What about sports betting & casinos? Works the same, except you get nothing there. I know the advice isn’t from a bad place & agree people should be more cautious
What would you recommend I just started to get into Card collecting Basketball and Lacrosse. I have a few cards coming in and I am planning to get a lot of rookies and a few auto's. I need some advice and I was wondering if you could help me?
We try to be a little less than 80% on most things to leave enough margin to make sense. But, some things can be graded, some things will go up & some will go down. We just hope to make money more than we lose. Just playing the average game at scale when buying.

Ryan is like Vito Corleone in Godfather 1 at his daughter's wedding. Holding court while everyone lines up to talk to him😂😂😂
Ya unless I was accompanying a kid I wouldn't deal with him lol. He's so fast and convincing like damnnnnn.
You come to me on the day of the national to make deals
that baseball kid 🤣 im good at heaters 😂
Just look at the impact you have on kids, amazing.

He'll ya well said
8:30 That Guy. 🤣 His reaction was funny, made my day ha ha.
Malek is top notch! We’re good friends
22:36 Never have seen anything like that. What an unbelievable movement 😂
9:30 My man was all business 😂
The way you look after the young kids is admirable. Helping make life long collectors, nice job
Wow, look at that line !!! Congrats , that’s the impact you have on the hobby. Best of all it’s how you treat all these kids with honesty , enthusiasm , and integrity.
That flip for $100 part had me 💀
😂
God you just have a knack for bartering. Very comfortable, very respectful in the space
Appreciate the kind words!
Would love to see a challenge where you go to a show with a empty showcase, fill it and then clear it. Would be tough but I reckon you could do it!
would be cool content
I like this guy . He does well with the young kids, major appreciation towards such a seller/buyer/collecter
The guy with the Vilma was so happy 😊😁
The dude with the glasses at 17:30 has to be a comedian 🤣 Dude is vibing
Appreciate all you do Ryan, hopefully get a chance to meet you one day. Was at our 1st National this year. Unfortunately, my daughter and I didn't look hard enough to find you. Smh. Hope you and the family a blessed day, everyday.
THANK YOU RYAN AND CREW AWESOME WHAT YOU ALL DO FOR THE HOBBY AND COLLECTORS TRUELY INSPIRING
Great seeing Ryan interact with the kids. Great role model for the hobby. Gonna be a great dad
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Ryan, lucky dogs , wish I was there back then. This year's will probably be twice as nice
I will never understand someone trying to sell a card and not knowing what they want for it. Just hand over a pile of cards without any prices.
Yeah, that was crazy, u would think hav some idea of what u want. 🤦♂️
Agreed 🤷🏾♂️🙄
Run into someone with different intentions. They will take advantage of him.
I like that you take the time to look, give the same deal to kids that you would an adult, and explaining your thought process.
When you buy this many cards and don’t have a video to look back in, how do you keep track of your cost basis on your cards? I find this the hardest part about making deals at shows.
Buy for a penny, sell for a dime, you never have to keep books.
I really appreciate how professional you're with kids
Haha the kid that throws heaters is the GOAT 🐐
10:01....so darn cute!!
“ I’m good at heaters” gotta love it 😂
This video truly shows to have your comps and asking price ready before selling, I feel like Ryan could’ve gotten through double the amount if everyone knew what they want for each card. Love your work mate 🔥🇦🇺
It is the biggest help when people have cards comped, 100%
9:30 little bro slammed that case😭
The kid that said 100 dollars! You just made a childhood core memory for him your a legend.
Take a shot every time Ryan’s voice cracks in every National video 🎉
This time was just because i lost my voice 😂😭
@@cardcollector2 I love how you just powered through it tho, absolute warrior
Nice vlog Ryan, other than whoever those guys were screaming their heads off at the end.😅

Take Care/Stay Safe ✌
Humble and like the other states: “the impact you have on kids is insane”! Much respect and hope to meet you in the future!

Such a great impact on the upcoming of the hobby.. just a good dude overall Ryan props to you!
The interaction with the kid starting at 10:00 is super heartwarming. Amazing work brother ❤️
Bro, the fact that you’re absolutely fair with the kids is amazing!!! Almost every other hobby you see grown ass men being dickheads with kids and ripping them off for their stuff. You are the fukn man!!
Great video. Question, where do these people get their cards? Are they making money selling to CC2? Or just dumping cards?
Seeing the kids is so heatwarming
that goof "how long have you been collecting cards for" dude when are you going to even start?
The $2 and $5 card boxes are sweet deals because most of the cards are really cool looking and like B level players you can find unique dudes
Lov3 it man, ur vibes with the kids is amazing!
what website do you use to determine the value of the card.
2:17 I sold that card in Raleigh before the national small world
This guy is a real hustler! A real killer! Good kob
Bro keep up the good work with the kids. Always making a deal with the youngsters even if it's $1. You awesome brother.
The dork in 20:01 need to zip it lol!
Hi I was the persons friend you got the Jason Tatum atuo from and is it cool if I take that part out and put it on my TH-cam? Love you content btw🎉

Thank you so mutch❤
Was waiting for this to see how you interact on the other side. Very nice.
Ryan is an absolute gift to the hobby
Good job! 🎉
Thanks for all that you do for the hobby. I’m wondering about your rolling case… is it designed for sports cards? If so, what brand is it? Thank you.

Bro the curry auto was insane! Keep up the good work! Love your vids!🔥💯🔥💯💯
Such amazing content Ryan, thank you.
I live in northern Kentucky and we do deals with a lot of the same people at shows, I gotta come up to your shop sometime
I hope you had a great time at the national ❤❤❤❤❤
Love the harbor freight, pelican knock off, card cases lol. Because I have the same.
Great job ryan i just don't understand how people sell graded card's for $15-20 when it cost's that to get graded i guess they were possibly already bought from a pc lot cheap and flipping.
Sending cards in for grading can be a roll of the dice. They could be just taking their loss and moving on.
Those guys you broke with were hilarious
CC2, a man of the people!
What kind of showcase are you using here, it looks indestructible with all the collections being dropped on it 😅lol
i really like this kind of video, brought a different prospective to me
Awesome love it enjoy yourself kid
I think thats what Im going to do next show just set up and buy my feet still hurt walking the National last Saturday
Are those glass cases expensive? Just funny watching the kids slam their card cases 😂 great video dude

You ok man?
Plenty like that. Paintings, watches, NFTs, etc. What about sports betting & casinos? Works the same, except you get nothing there. I know the advice isn’t from a bad place & agree people should be more cautious
I need that Derrick Williams you pulled haha. He’s an old homie
When a kid at 12 says have a great rest of your day that’s a good dude .
Hey Ryan, are you going to be at the Sports Spectacular in November?
Made the video! Thanks for the deal
I’m still jealous on the superfractor corbin
What cracks me up is he expects dealers to negotiate with him but he never does
Plz come to the east coast national in white plains NY August 18-20 🎉
Great video!!!
CC2 is the GOAT!
Appreciate you my guy!
Mike from Pullwax looks like he’s 16 lol
White sparkle 1/1 I got it signed hell of good condition silver signed. Black back
You remind me of a used car salesman 😂
You made the kids day! Nice job man
Love the content. I can't wait to see you at the next Shipshewana show!
The break was hype
Hobby is 🔥
Sweet autos!
Question, who should I invest in Trevor Lewrence or Joe Burrow?
What would you recommend I just started to get into Card collecting Basketball and Lacrosse. I have a few cards coming in and I am planning to get a lot of rookies and a few auto's. I need some advice and I was wondering if you could help me?
I thought you said you weren’t setting up as a dealer? How’d you get a table last minute? 🤔
Had a friend offer us a showcase for a few hours!
Ryan, it seems you were paying up to 80%. Do you find it tough to work in small margins or will you sit on some of these in Hope's of them going up?
We try to be a little less than 80% on most things to leave enough margin to make sense. But, some things can be graded, some things will go up & some will go down. We just hope to make money more than we lose. Just playing the average game at scale when buying.
@@cardcollector2 Thank you.
Im seeing a bunch of kids with apache cases... Coming from the glass scene, please get pelican cases.
Thanks for showing that content with PullWax. I know now to avoid that annoying person.
Massive dbags
Them voice cracks go crazy 😭
Booth looked like it worked great saved on the legs
That’s a steal for the garret
Haliburton rookie gold
Sparkle one of one
What is the age of the guy buying cards in this video??
What’s crazy about flawless it’s so pricey that even when you hit the player/card you’re chasing like the burrow it doesn’t even pay for the box
Ryan when you coming to Vegas again? Also i need a sticker for my case
