I love that they're (VMP) making better blowers. This will make the GEN2R's price go down which is great for people like me. A GEN2R on my Shelby would be perfect. An easy 800rwhp waitin to be put on. Keep up the good work fellas.
vmp not making superchargers, TVS factory making them , but when i write straight to tvs they say we will not sell superchargers buy it from dieler, so basicly vmp is a dieler who bump supercharger price 50 or 100% up and selll to us simple ppl :) these superchargers are verry good , i dont have any of them but from youtube video i see tvs - vmp superchargers pull hard :) maby you know site were i cann look for gen2 used supercharger ??? new is to expensive for me, monthly salery in my country 600$ only :DDDD

Hey Jim. Whine is directly related to how hard a supercharger is working with a TVS, IE: Restriction, high boost, inefficiency etc. Most pump gas set ups with a Gen3R are not going to whine with the larger pulley on a Coyote engine. As the pulley sizes get smaller and the supercharger is spun faster, whine will increase. Especially on built engine set ups with E85 or race fuel and small pulleys.
Crank is fine but rods and pistons have went around 800 whp.. Depends on the car/tune and also how it's being driven. There's been muilple stock motor coyotes over 1000whp but it's not recommend if your planing on beating on It.. It would probably be fine of you didn't hit it but few times on the weekend. But again if your plans are to live at the track then idk say to do rods and pistons and it would be good until at least 1300-1400 whp

I like how everyone(companies) milked the 2.3 liter displacement while the 2.6 liter was always there lol. Funny how for the 3v there wasn’t a 2.3 version. But anywho, 1khp to the wheels on the first pull. Amazing. Back in the 90’s a built engine, highly sophisticated fuel system, and twin hair dryers were needed to make those numbers.
The 2650 rotor pack just came out about 1.5 years ago. It’s pretty new. However, for 700-750 rwhp or less the 2.3 TVS is still a better match than the 2650. The 2650 has to be spun too slow at those power levels sacrificing torque and average power. A harder spun 2.3 will actually perform better in that power range.

David Martin Yeah, except a 2650 TVS makes more power than a KB 3.2 or Whipple 3.4. We’ve already made 1210rwhp/1110 rwtq with a non-ported Gen 3 TVS (non-R), Lund just made 1259/1035 with a Gen3R on GT500s. Making most KB 3.6 and Whipple 4.0s look bad honestly
I just got my Gen III..by the time I install it they'll be at a Gen V R....there's a slight improvement I'm figuring but the Gen III will work just fine...

None because they don't make Chevy products.. Be better off trading in on a new mustang then twin turbo that and put down 1000+ easily.. Got that huge motor and probably running close to 20lbs of boost to make numbers you claim but coyotes with 20lbs of boost on e85 are like 1200whp cars.. Coyote is motor sent from God himself

It made 975rwhp before with the old vmp Gen 3 and picked up 75rwhp with the 3R, making 1050rwhp, but we had to stop since it is a customers car
