I just want to say thank you to every person who listened to this mix, I really appreciate your time and can't believe that an edit I put together garnered over 10 thousand views and so many supportive comments. It really means a lot to me. Since starting this channel, my ultimate goal was to create a positive listening experience through creating/editing/ or mashing up mixes that encouraged and uplifted the listener. And to see that so many of you came to the comments to thank me or share about how it was helpful to you in a positive way has really humbled me. (November 24th, 2023 Update):
It has now been over a year since I first uploaded this mix and I am still blown away by the response. The positive feedback/comments that I received on this remix are what helped to propel my music production journey and I cannot thank everyone here enough for that. In the past year, God placed a goal in my mind to create an original album that featured my vocals, writing, and production to represent a time period where he brought me out of some extreme trials that I was not prepared to face. From addictions that He broke, to neurological issues that He healed, and even crippling nightmares that were tormenting me, Jesus Christ is the reason I am alive and breathing today. That album turned into "Imager" and today it has been officially released on TH-cam and all streaming platforms. It would mean the world to me if anyone here gave it a listen and even enjoyed a track or two that they heard. Thank you all again for encouraging me to follow the passion that God has laid on my heart and I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season :)

@@SecondPlaceMusic It was stages. I always had the belief that Jesus did live, that helped. I viewed Him as a very special human being. He was wonderful, but I read a few books which helped move me from believing He was a great man to our God in human form. The Gospels in Brief by Leo Tolstoy was short and very interesting to read, to really get introduced to Jesus's preaching. Then TBH I looked around the world and saw evil everywhere, saw our life as a battlefield where evil is determined and has the worldly artillery to recruit easily. I saw there was no middle ground in that war. So I devoted myself to our Lord, if even just to deny evil a few souls, me and those around me. In short. Thanks for asking!

This reminds me of the difference between the single version of “I” by Kendrick and the version that ended up on the album. The album version was longer and a was live sounding recording. That’s what you basically did to the Kanye version and I absolutely love it!! It’s such a creative use of the full recording that Kanye sampled, incredible work!!!!!

Just got turned on to Kanye a few months ago, really wish I never slept on this music good lord he is talented.
