I've reached the point in my life where whenever Nate uploads a new song, I like it and add it to my playlist before even hearing the first 10 seconds.
For those who havent been around as long this song has been around since like 2014 since he use to use it as his old intro and this is just the finished product.
This is one of my favorite LoZ songs. It brings back memories of going through the Fire Temple, finding Darunia, wearing the Goron Tunic, getting the Megaton Hammer. And the Vovalgia boss fight was amazing, if it was one if the easier boss battles in the adult era. That and the fact that's it's just a really great song xD
Darunia saying they need to have a "man to man talk" later, and the fact he named his son after Link.... The gorons of OoT are literally just bros and Darunia is like an adopted brother/dad to Link Also Link may or may not have a Harem since 3 girls like him, true 2 become sages, but still
This kinda sounds like it’s based off of the manga’s version of the Fire Temple to me. ‘We tread the same waves and we’ve burnt the same page.’ Link and Volvagia were friends in the manga. ‘Now this is my turn, it’s time to make you burn.’ Ganondorf put a curse on Volvagia in the manga, and Link did nothing to prevent that from happening with being asleep for seven years. Volvagia would probably be angry about that. ‘You can run and you can hide, but you can’t stop the flames inside.’ Again, Volvagia would probably be angry that Link couldn’t stop that curse from being put on him. Plus, the curse (the flames inside) couldn’t be lifted. The only way to lift the curse was for Link to kill Volvagia. ‘Cloaked head to toe in red, it seems you’ve adjusted.’ It sounds like Volvagia recognises Link, and notices that he’s changed throughout the years.
Seems pretty unfair to blame Link in that scenario. I think Volvagia should maybe turn his energy towards dealing with his trauma in a way that doesn't involve blaming another victim
