Alvin Koh probably because drag is a huge part of gay culture in general. Almost every gay travel video features brunch spots, too. And dance clubs. Not every gay man enjoys brunch, dancing or drinking alcohol either. What do you suggest gay travel videos include instead? Gyms, places to buy testosterone, quiet dive bars with bad music and no entertainment, mediocre restaurants? I dunno. But if you have problems with the gay travel videos you watch- a simple and fun suggestion is: why not make some of your own? And include the things you like to do.

And, when it was Fly, that's where they filmed the club scenes for the "Queer as Folk" show. And Lola's is gone, too. Same story, condo. And the statue of Alexander Wood is gone. Removed.

There was nothing like the Toronto Gay scene in the 80s....nothing.....Boots/Buds, the Barn/Stables, Cornelius, Chaps, that leather bar in the east end, St.Charles, Parkside, Peaches....how many more no longer there that were never replaced....down to one (central) bathhouse even?=ppppfffttt.
Maybe i will never find love like that but make me really happy and in peace to see two beautiful men living happily without fear. Thats peace for me.
