Should I wet the hair first and apply the Hawaiian silky after? Or should I put the Hawaiian silky in the water mix it together then apply it to the hair???

I used this on my wig and some part appeared stiff . What did I do wrong ?
Did you apply water on the wig first before used it?or maybe you use too much of the product.

@@purityannabel yes don’t use too much of the product next time and i will suggest you wash the wig oo it help to stop the stiffness,remove the excess product and revive the hair too.
