Time starts on selecting Yes on Reset Player. Time ends when you finish the last race and unlock all cars.
Construction Site cycles still could be improved and choked majorly in Moon Base. Getting closer though.
Played on Windows 10 using DxWnd with a wired 360 controller. Turning visual and sound effects off makes the game run without lag spikes.
