She's reminiscing about her memories and her experiences but she's still doing so while chained to her pc. The lyrics even tell you as much "all I want is to experience this thing called life". The videos emotions are longing, hope and sadness. It's bittersweet and lonely but at least her empty room is being filled with real love and friendship.

As far as I know Ellie Minibot is still planning to have Neuro's robot dog body done sometime in the next month or so. I know what she has shown on stream looks super impressive. To her knowledge it's the largest quadruped robot that has been made by a private individual. It will be amazing to see Neuro actually interact with the real world.
