Considering the fact that Magic with which Flot has showed superiority was in the era when majority of the patients with GC underwent D/o or occasional D/1 resection. Shall we say that for younger patients with good performance status FLOT should be the standard of care in the neo adj setting. The higher incidence of diarrhea, neutropenia and infections ( grade 3,4 toxicity) is offset by some 9 percent improvement in OS. More significant being benefit in median survival.
