I am of the opinion that in a just world, Chilly Fox might not get retired for being a Maverick, but he does get his ass thrown in front of a Court Martial for his insubordination, endangerment of civilians, and refusal to explain himself. And probably dishonourably discharged because he probably could have explained himself instead of this reckless behaviour.
