    My company sent me this book and I am constantly trying to live these ideals daily to make myself better. My favorite quote this far is "Here is the not-so-hidden secret for achieving extraordinary success: clarify what you really want , then work as hard as you can for as long as it takes. Toughness can achieve things that talent by itself can never accomplish."

    Very interesting he picks JT Barrett as his best leader considering the OVI a week later.

      Leadership is different than being perfect. Is every leader the sum of their worst mistakes? Because I bet you haven't figured in the list of the greatest leaders in history by that rubric.
      Having an OVI doesn't make him a bad leader, but it is setting a bad example. Great leaders are made, not from when something like this happens - but how the handle and lead when something like this, something subpar happens. There is a sailing expression, that goes something like this: Anyone can be a captain in calm seas.
