Hi Jonathan, Congrats on your 2nd signature model from Shue, I was blown away with the amount of tones available from this well appointed instrument. Such sweet sounds and when in S/C mode I could hear ‘banjo-like’ tones emanating this adding to the array. Great review and playing as always. Cheers ✌️🎸💜

Cool guitar. To my ears it has a midrangy focus, not heavy bass, or too bright upper. is 40.3mm nut width right ? thats pretty narrow. If I understand correctly, it's a active electronics guitar, which in my mind is the way to go, since the low impedance will not interfere much with stuff further down the signal chain.
The pickups are passive..only active thing is the Mid Boost...
